Atrium Estiatorio

Living in Glendale, you don't always want to make the drive to "the cool part of town" Hollywood, West Hollywood etc. I'm so happy that Atrium exists. We recently moved here and this place is now our weekly family dinner spot. I have basically tried everything on the menu and I am genuinely SHOCKED at how delicious everything is. You can tell the family that runs it cares about the quality of ingredients. I can't get enough of their food. If you haven't tried it yet, you absolutely MUST.

The good; the Greek salad, the beautiful spacious design of the restaurant and our waitress even though she might have thought I was blaming her for the issue that ruined it for us.The bad: the breakfast omelette, the assumption that we want bottled water vs tap, and the 10% discount they gave us to makeup for the issue. The ugly: poor kitchen management. For our party of 10, the main dishes came out over a 50 minute period. The omelettes for two of us came out first but we politely waited for the others to get their food. By the time a few others got theirs, ours was cold. Once we realized that they were done bringing out our food, I noticed my son never got his turkey sandwich. I had to get up from the table, walk to the kitchen area to ask. The waitress quickly apologized but the manager had this look of disgust on her face as if I was lying. I had to go back a second time before before she said "I'm sorry, OK, I'm sorry!" like I was forcing it out of her. My suggestion is that they put a Spotify playlist together, get rid of the DJ with the singer, and hire a kitchen manager until they stop ruining it for larger groups.

We're big fans of everything greek so when my husband saw this place was having Greek night with Greek music, we were very excited. The music was wonderful, there was a gentleman performer who started and closed the entertainment, would love to come back to watch him again. The woman entertainer... I will keep my opinions to myself but I will say if I owned this place I wouldn't invite her back for multiple reasons. Service here from start to finish was wonderful across the board. I love it when it's not just the server assisting you, but the entire staff is very much so hands on. We were checked on multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The restaurant is very well done, very open and bright, beautiful and simple interior. If you have a group or a large party, they can easily accommodate. They have indoor and covered patio seating.Now for the food and drinks! My husband had about 5 drinks.... Bartender really good and consistent. I can't remember my cocktail's name but it had passion fruit and it was delicious! Greek night came with a set 7 course meal. They gave a lot of starters which were all delicious, the mushrooms were our highlight because they were like nothing we've ever had, I would thousand percent recommend ordering them! The trio dip was amazing as well, each dip was great quality and very well done, only thing I wasn't crazy about were the crackers. The sesame seeds fall off instantly and all over the table and the crackers were a bit oily, every touch and you needed to clean your hands. Tuna tartare was great, and the veggie chips of course. We were so full after the appetizers that we were very happy for delay on entrees, I think they paced it by the food on our table and not by timing which I appreciated. Now for the main event, I know this is not an excuse but I will give them the benefit of the doubt that there was maybe a lot going on and too many things going out at once because everything else was so good but the rest of the menu was awful in my opinion. My husband was ok with it, but I didn't eat anymore after a bite of everything. The shrimp that came was inconsistent, they brought us two, one for each and one was pink, the under was blue and under cooked... they both tasted fishy. The branzino was not awful but it was the worst I've ever had, slightly over cooked and again very fishy. The ribeye, however, was the worst I've ever had. It was cooked medium, which is ok, but it was so dry, and had absolutely zero seasoning and flavor. I literally had to look if there was any seasoning on there and it was invisible, I refused to eat more than the bite I had. Was not happy about the sides either, the truffle fries were drowned in truffle, oil but the aioli was delicious. Asparagus not so crazy about it, but I did like the touch of cooked prosciutto. For the things I didn't like, I honestly wouldn't order there, but I would love to order some different items from their everyday menu. Overall, I think anyone would have a good experience here, definitely worth the try!

My friends and I had a lovely time here after watching a ballet at the theatre next door. Everything we had was great, including the bubbly and rosé. There was live music as well--a pianist and an opera singer who sang with such gusto and passion, it was like a double dose of theatre that night. I had the halibut, I was expecting a larger portion for the price, but it was delicious--the lemony couscous complimented the grilled fish perfectly. The ashta was the best I've ever had, I love the way it was prepared with the little rose water pouring spout. We'll definitely be back again when in the area!

We have come to Atrium for multiple family celebrations, as well we in more intimate groups for lunch/dinner. The location is a cute, well decorated spot. They have indoor, outdoor seating and a bar area- which usually is not filled. The service is good, with the staff pretty attentive to our table. The appetizers are what I love about this place. The atrium chips with the yogurt dip is absolutely delicious. My other favorite is the spicy tuna tartar. These are my musts every-time I am there! Regarding their entrees- the options are limited and not as impressive as the appetizers for me. The wild mushroom pizza is good, yet small, and pricey. The other dishes we have tried, lamb, chicken, and Greek salad were good, but not overly exciting. Overall, the appetizer and vibe are what makes this place a 5 star!

Atrium is a hidden GEM!!!!! If I could give it a 15 out of 10, I would. Everything was utterly perfect - from the incredible architecture, to the beautiful design and decor, to the delicious food, and finally, the amazing service. I cannot say enough good things about this place. And it's perfect for any event - a date night, a group outing, girls night, a corporate dinner, a family dinner, bridal/baby showers, etc! As mentioned, the ambiance is perfect. It has aTuscan, classy, relaxing vibe to it. The tables are spaced out perfectly so you do not feel as though you are sitting on top of each other. And tonight they had beautiful live music that was the perfect addition. Service was wonderful. We had a great waiter and several others were always around and helpful. The owner/manager was also amazing - super attentive and very nice and welcoming!Now for the best part - the food and drinks! We got SEVERAL things on the menu and every dish was better than the last. I can't even pick a favorite. The caviar starter is a show stopper and tastes like heaven. The Atrium chips were eggplant and zucchini fried chips and tasted fantastic. The falafels were the best I've ever had - crunch and fluffy at the same time. The oyster mushroom were super hearty and meaty - so good!!! Our steak and Branzino were also wonderful. And the desserts were incredible! You can't go wrong with anything you choose!I can't wait to go back! Already planning on celebrating my brother's birthday here and hosting our company Christmas party here also! Totally recommend it!

Our group had an incredible experience at Atrium!! I helped my friend plan her bridal shower for 20 people, working closely with the co-owner to craft the perfect menu within our budget several weeks ahead of time. She was very accommodating of our changes and requests leading up to the event. The day of the event was excellent. I was able to come in early to set up decor. The ambiance of the restaurant is already chic, so we didn't have to do much to make the space welcoming and beautiful. Everything on our five-course planned out menu was really tasty, from the first salad to the dessert and everything in between. I'd highly recommend the oyster mushrooms, prosciutto flatbread, Atrium chips, dip trio... I could go on. I don't usually love fish dishes, but the branzino was really good, too. The family-style plating was perfect for our large group and everyone loved the food and cocktails.I'm so grateful to the entire team at Atrium for helping host an amazing and memorable shower. Highly recommend having large group parties here, or even small get-togethers for amazing food and attentive service. We really felt cared for from start to finish. Thank you, Atrium!

The vibe and aesthetic was on point. There was a separate bar area as well as a piano. Would be interesting to see if they have any live performances at all. The garlic aioli was delicious! Probably my most favorite part of the breakfast sandwich and the French fries. The service was very good and attentive. It definitely feels fancy in here even though the prices are very reasonable for a brunch spot. Overall, great experience!

Hands down one of the best place to eat the food is always good and the plate presentation is everything. Every dish that comes out is delicious and the service is exceptional. It's like dining in a five star restaurant. The ambience is absolutely beautiful. You feel like you traveled to Tulum. 10 out of 10 experience. Can't wait to go back for brunch.

I had an amazing experience at Atrium. Coordinating a birthday dinner with Gohar was so smooth and easy, she is extremely welcoming and made sure we were taken care of throughout the service. The staff were also extremely professional and polite, top notch service! Food was amazing & all of our guests enjoyed dinner. Overall great experience, beautiful restaurant, and great food!
