Really cute space and the pastries are super tasty! There are a lot of interesting fusions here (e.g. the elote croissant) that I haven't seen anywhere else, and they're delicious. The staff are kind and accommodating. I came here for Sunday breakfast and loved it.I have also visited this location for a TooGooTooGo pickup. They were quick and efficient and the boxes were a great value for the price.

The space is very cute and cozy and the staff are so kind! We walked in during a busy evening without a reservation and they seated us at the bar. Bartender was friendly throughout and even poured us a sample of one of their cocktails to try!In terms of food: The elote agnolotti are hands-down my favorite; I would come back for this alone. Focaccia and pine nut salsa macha is light and subtle; worth getting once. Aguachile was very light and refreshing, but a little underwhelming. Duck linguine is very creamy and savory.

Walked in early on a Friday night and got a two top. The food is a Mexican and Italian hybrid and completely works. This is a wine/beer only spot, not a cocktail restaurant. Below is what I tired:Fried Brussels - 4 1/2 Stars. Cooked extremely well, rich in flavor and great crisp to the sprouts. Spaghetti Fritti - 5 Stars. This is their take on an Arancini ball, but with spaghetti inside. Great flavors and good texture to the Fritti.Elote Agnolloti - 5+ Stars. Favorite dish of the night, this was insanely good. Fabulous pasta, rich elote flavors, all served in a tasty sauce. Duck Mole - 5+ stars. I'm not a big Duck person, but this was fabulous. The Duck was so moist and the mole so rich, this created the perfect balance. Yummmy!Service was great the whole night, and the small interior was so charming. Can't wait to head back to this spot and try more of the menu!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. You can see the excellence it starts at the top and works its way down throughout the staff. Amazing service and food! The dishes were original, fresh and creatively delicious. Thank you for a wonderful anniversary dinner!

Amiga Amore in Highland Park offers a fresh, creatively delicious fusion of Mexican and Italian cuisine. The pasta is perfectly cooked, with standout dishes like the Elote Agnolotti and Duck Duck Duck stealing the show. While the food is fantastic, it could use a bit more protein in some dishes. The restaurant is a bit on the pricey side, but the kind and accommodating staff make the experience worth it. The cute atmosphere adds to the charm, and it's no surprise people travel from as far as Rancho Cucamonga to dine here. Highland Park has definitely become a foodie destination spot.

This is the place I've been wanting to go for a while. Italian and Mexican are two cultures that are important to me, and I was excited to see this combo work out in a restaurant.I was NOT disappointed. My mother took me for a belated birthday dinner and I loved every single morsel. The caprese salad with nopales, the corn pasta, literally every plate was amazing. The service was amazing, the drinks were great, the overall environment was really great. It's a cozy spot so make a reservation, whether a date or a small celebratory get together, the food and service will not disappoint you either.

I feel bad for giving a low review but the food was just not it for me. It could be bc I prefer savory over sweet. But for the price, the quality, and the hassle of parking, I'm gonna give it a 1. Drink: I got the Mexitalian Soda. No complaints. Just tasted like a fruity soda. Zucchini Bread: It tasted fine. But $9 for zucchini bread and salsa? (Also, weird combo) I don't think it was worth it.Aguachile: again, I prefer savory foods so strawberry sauce paired with raw fish was not for me. They add edible flowers on top and say to pair it with blue corn tortilla. Everything together just tasted odd. Elote Agnolotti: This was better! You can really taste the corn. Still too sweet for my liking tho. The pasta was a bit tough for me so I don't think it was cooked properly. And again with the edible flowers... it just feels unnecessary.Duck Duck Duck: Getting better again. The Duck was good and the sauce was good. My only negative point is that it was wayyyy too salty. Pork Chop Milanese: finally something that tastes like an actual, normal meal. The salad on top was very flavorful. The green sauce in the side was good. The pork chop was just a regular pork chop but it was substantial and seasoned well. I think bc everything else fell flat for me, this at the end was so pleasant.Parking: street parking is available but kinda hard to find.I like to eat but I wouldn't say I'm a foodie or an adventurous eater. If you are that person, u might enjoy it here! It just wasn't for me.

Second time here and yes it is that good. Had to go with my zucchini bread with the salsa macha is just mmm mmm, really good. The aguachile was different this time, slices of tuna with a strawberry sauce and chucks of strawberries. SOOO GOOD and refreshing! Asada was delicious and tender. Presentation was really nice. Affogato wow. it's basically espresso shot with a scoop of horchata ice cream, pairs with a cookie type thing that reminds me of a churro. WOW Service was great as usual.

Anytime I see huitlacoche on a menu, I am on my way, which is how I ended up at amiga amore. Everything we ordered was tasty, but the sweet potato ceviche was a sleeper hit. The dining space out back is super chill (they have heat lamps!) and our food came quickly (great service!). Highly recommend :)

Came here for my bday with my girlfriends. We sat outside in the patio. Cute place - heaters outside, cute lighting. Service was good. Food was good, but didn't knock my socks off. The one fish that really stood out to me was the elote pasta. I would come back for that dish.
