4.5 StarsThis Korean hotpot was recommended by a good friend. Good location (near stores and Sprouts) and ample parking. It gets really busy here! It is good to come in for early dinner. The ambiance has a cool and modern feel. For our broth, we had the Original House. You have a choice of Miso, Vegetarian, Beef Bone, Spicy Beef and Sukiyaki. The best dipping sauce out of all the ones they had there in my opinion is the sesame dip. It is a little bit tangy with some sweetness in it. For the meat, we got #1 Angus Beef Brisket and #3 Angus Flat Iron Steak. Both are delicious.Customers can order up to 3 items per round. There are a lot of choices of noodles, seafood, veggies, etc. For the drinks, you have sodas and iced teas (black tea and green tea) and alcoholic beverages. What makes this place unique also is that they have soft serve ice cream available for dessert. You do not have to go somewhere else! The flavors are vanilla, chocolate and half vanilla and half chocolate. No toppings available, but not a big deal at all.Our server was a little bit slow at first (maybe overwhelmed with the customers). Our meat order took sometime to arrive but the other staff members helped out.

It's decent for AYCE. Meat portion on the smaller slide but you can keep ordering if needed. Broth is definitely bland not as flavorful as others I've been to. Veggies and other hot pot items seem fresh. Hot food not so much - some fried items I tried are very hard and difficult to bite into. Staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. They constantly checked on us to see if we wanted to order more (which is rare for AYCE). Overall I prefer other hot pot places but if you are looking for AYCE this is not a bad option.

This place is absolutely atrocious and I'm convinced all the 5 star reviews are either paid for or from bots.I ate here thinking it was gonna be amazing due to all the 5 star reviews but it ended up being even worse than Jazz cat (no offense)...The service was horrible and it was so difficult to get helped, the meats were all so thin and no matter how l cooked them they were really chewy and rubbery, and all the broths were pretty bland. Everything from the sidebar had a weird, old freezer aftertaste and all the side dishes were stale and tasted like they were left out since yesterday. Even the sauces were all bland and watery. They only redeeming factor of this place is that it's cheap. It's WAY more worth the time to go to either Happy Lamb, Broth Shabu Shabu, or Momo Paradise.

All That Shabu was a decent hotpot place I had during lunch. There is a shared parking lot, but it was very busy at around 1 PM. With a party of 3, we were able to get seated right away. The staff was also quick with assisting us get the broths. I decided to go for the miso broth. What I liked about this restaurant is that they have a self serve bar in the back. There was a lot of things to pick from such as fish balls, lettuce, ramen, etc. What I found interesting is that they also have warm foods in the corner. This included japchae, fried chicken, etc. For the sauce bar, it felt limited in terms of options.

Love all that Shabu, the variety of proteins and veggie dishes are soooo abundant.... Always fresh and full. I can't just have this once a quarter it's a place that I have on my food places I frequent rotation. The service is pretty speedy. The self serve areas are well stocked and clean... it's not very Smokey like some hot pot places, it has great ventilation.

My FAV HOT POT PLACE IN LA! ALL YOU CAN EATLiterally my fav hot pot place in la! I love that it's all you can eat and you can go and grab whatever sides you like. This place also has free drinks for you to choose from- I always get the Pink lemonade, it hits so good with the food. For the sauces I recommend adding: Ponzu sauce, Sesame, and the Peanut Sauce with green onions and cilantro. TRUST. The most amazing dipping sauce. Breakfast: Cheaper in price and good selection as alwaysDinner: Costs more like most places during dinner hour but they had this one delicious marinated crab and it was so addicting. Parking: Has free public parking. The area has a lot of stores so it does get pretty packed but shouldn't be hard to find parking, just crowded depending time of day. Food: Good meat and sides. I recommendService: Staff here is always friendly and helpful. Chill place to go to eat, very causal and great for friends catching up!

Flavorful broth and very good food in the hot pot! It was overall a good time but the I thought the meat was a bit too thin. The only bad thing about it! Servers were so nice! The atmosphere was kinda dark but good for hotpot!

My all time favorite AYCE hot pot spot in the area. There was a wait on a Sunday at 7:30pm, we waited about 45 minutes. You do need to wait around to be called, wait list is just on a piece of paper with guest name and party size. Great seafood, veggie and carbs self serve bar. All the Asian aunties would love it here, they have tangho (crown daisy). You're allowed to mix broth. If you end up choosing a broth you don't like and want to switch your pot out entirely it will be $3 for a swap. There are a bunch of servers walking around refilling broth. Unfortunately, they only allow up to 3 plates of meat per order but once they arrive you can just flag down another server to input the next. I love that they have tofu pockets! It soaks up all the broth, be careful as it will retain heat. Teokbokki (rice cake sticks) for hot pot are just the right amount of chewy and silky. Their Korean style hot food self serve area seemed to have upgraded. They have crab that was glazed and lightly battered, it was so good and flavorful!

We've come here a few times when our usual go to shabu/hot pot place doesn't have any reservations. Or when my boyfriend is craving hot pot, he sometimes wants something different. Let's just say I am not the biggest fan of this place. Let's get a few things out of the way: Service is always pretty good. The waitlist is efficient and well handled. When you order the meats come relatively fast. The price is comparable to other ayce placesAnother positive is the sauce bar and drink bar. The sauce bar is quite extensive. The drink options are also nice and nice that it's included in the price. The buffet is usually pretty good, when it's busy and the food is being rotated often. I like the fried chicken the most. The japchae is pretty good too. On our last visit the mandoo tasted different and I was not a fan. The buffet also has a good variety of veggies and noodles plus seafood for those who enjoy that. The buffet can get messy at times but it's mostly serviceable. My main issue with this place is the meats. I feel the meats are cut so thin and such small pieces that I each order is finished within a minute. I can barely taste the meats because they are cut so small. The meat quality does not seem to be very good either:

Horrible horrible waiter, horrible ayce ever. I came here with so much expectations but they said only order 3 meat for one table and we were 3 people. Waiter was so rude and absent, the meat portion was a joke, it was the tiniest slice ever I think the waiter did that in purpose for some reason. I tried to ask the waiter for something and said excuse me, dude said excuse me and shut me off and went off to do something else and made someone else come to my table. Didn't come to ask if we need anything at all. My brother came a bit later to the table and said he had only 30 mins left cause the table had 30 mins left so my brother had to eat alone as if we were going to eat his food or something. They didn't give the bill all together and we had to wait for my brother to finish. food is mid, sauces are limited, not a lot of varieties. Horrible staff!
