From start to finish, Alba delivered an absolutely incredible experience. The service, the food, the drinks--everything was top-notch.We started our evening at the bar, where Katarina crafted some of the best cocktails we've ever had. She was super friendly and made amazing drinks, setting the tone for the night. Our server, Meggie, was just as fantastic--attentive, warm, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even the manager, Kevin, made the rounds, personally checking in on every table to ensure everything was perfect. To top it off, Chef David came out to offer us a taste of a new menu item, which was such a special touch! Now, the food--absolutely outstanding. Every dish was a standout: * Agnolotti: Black truffle pasta that was rich, indulgent, and hands-down my favorite dish of the night. * Garganelli Bolognese: Packed with deep, hearty flavor--comfort food at its finest. * Roman Artichoke: Crispy and paired with a creamy sauce--so good and reminiscent of traditional Italian flavors. * Focaccia della Casa: Warm, freshly baked bread with creamy, decadent goodness--an absolute must-try. * Calabrian Tuna Tartare: Light, crispy, and bursting with flavor--simply delectable.Alba is the kind of restaurant that goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. With incredible food, a stellar team, and a welcoming atmosphere, it's easily one of the best dining spots around. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

The service was incredible. For sure 5 stars for this. I only gave it 4 stars as it has only been 2Weeks since opened and the food was good but not wow. I know it will get to wow. Brian, our server was fantastic. Took great care of us. When the espresso martini did not taste right he immediately took it, gave me a Prosecco instead and then a new Espresso Martini just because. And the second was much much better. The ambiance is warm and fun, you feel transported to Italy. The music got to be too loud at one point but after asking them to turn it down, they did and it was perfect. So like I said incredible service. I cannot wait to go back.

This place is such a gem! Ambiance is good, lighting is cozy and inviting, food is phenomenal, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The "patio" space feels like you're inside, heater under the table too! Absolutely insane. They pay attention to details like offering you a hook if you have a purse, and accomodating allergies. We ordered the focaccia della casa (I think), burrata (assembled tableside!!), squash blossoms, crudo, agnolotti, lamb scottadito, and semolina cake. The star was easily the foccacia, agnolotti, and the semolina cake. Not that everything else we ordered was bad, it was all INCREDIBLE, but those three blew our minds. Foccacia was soft and light on the inside, perfectly crunchy on the outside. Agnolotti was exploding with flavor, completely unreal. The semolina cake had the perfect whipped texture inside with a delicate layer of philo pastry on the outside, garnished with blueberries that have been soaked in prosecco. *Chef's kiss*. The lamb scottadito was served medium rare, but it definitely leans more on the rare side (my preference, but just a heads up), comes with a wonderful sauce that isn't too heavy on the mint. (3 pieces)I got an Alpino (Botanist gin Negroni), my friend got a strawberry highball. Both were yummy, not too sweet. Shoutout to Meggie our server who was bringing the energy all night, she knew everything about the menu and explained right off the bat what to expect and clarified what made each dish unique to help us choose. Wish I had taken a picture of the menu but hopefully will be back soon to do so.

Such a beautiful new addition to Weho! I had been to Cucina Alba in New York but think this location is prettier and even better! Amazing ambiance. It's a 4.5/5!!! The service was good but our food had taken a very long time to come because it was opening week. The waiters were extremely attentive and tried to make it up to us. We ordered the tuna tartar, squash blossoms, arrabbiata, agnolotti, lamb chops, focaccia, and literally every dessert on the menu! The tuna tartar, agnolotti, focaccia, and lamb chops were amazing!!!!! I didn't like any of the desserts that much. The squash blossoms could be skipped and the arrabbiata pasta was overrated. I can't wait to go back and get the artichokes and ravioli fornigrafia! Can't wait to go back.

Dined here twice... First experience, dishes took forever; pure chaos... Second experience, dishes arrived all at once, felt extremely rushed... The staff were lovely, the space is nice, but it's obviously Not For Me... SAD

Alba, I love you. You're different than your east coast sibling, but in the best way. The service was incredible (shout out to Kevin, Alanna, and the other woman originally from New Jersey) and the food made my eyes roll into the back of my head (highlights: focaccia with whipped ricotta, shrimp, artichokes, bolognese, and lamb). Overall, Alba has moved to the top of my "best place for Italian"

Alba in Los Angeles is an amazing spot with incredible food, top-notch service, and a great vibe. Every dish is packed with flavor and clearly made with a lot of care. The staff is super friendly and makes sure you're taken care of from start to finish. The atmosphere is stylish but relaxed, making it the perfect place for a great night out. Honestly one of the best dinner experiences I've had in LA

We went opening day and everything was impeccable. The food was excellent. My husband swears the agnolotti is the one of the best pastas he's had in a long time. We primarily eat Italian and are regulars at Funke's restaurants, so that's saying a lot. I don't love tiramisu but this one was great with the cognac infusion. My personal favorites were the ravioli and the orecchiette. Sometimes arrabbiata pastas are too spicy but this was perfect. I think the persimmon was our least favorite out of everything--a little too high on the acid and the kumquats overpowered it with the bitterness, but it's still only a mild complaint bc it was still good. I think overall our favorite part was the staff. They were all extremely friendly and helpful, which can't be said for a lot of nice restaurants in LA anymore. The snobbery has become intolerable, and it was refreshing to have a new hot restaurant who actually appreciates and values their customers. We're big foodies and really excited to have a new place to come to! Keep up the great work Alba :)

Walking into Alba is like being transported to a beautiful Italian holiday on the Amalfi coast. The staff was all very welcoming which isn't common for a top LA restaurant. Greg and Josh were both particularly knowledgeable on all the food and drink options. We started with the focaccia and whipped ricotta, to die for. Then followed that with the baby artichokes which were heavenly. The agnolotti with the caramelized onions that tasted like baby angels cooked them for hours was definitely one of the best things I've ever eaten. Finally the filet mignon and lamb chops were top notch. I can't say enough about this place. 10 stars. Loved it!

5 stars from the moment you walk in. Was greeted with Impeccable service and an incredible menu. We went for opening weekend and was blown away by the attention to detail and the story behind some of the dishes. The General Manager gave us a breakdown of the origins of some ingredients of the meals including the cocktails, passion goes a long way.. and they didn't miss once. 5 stars through and through.
