I truly love this little hole in the wall in the middle of Hollywood: Hollywood Boulevard on Gower.The specialty is truly rotisserie chicken, clearly is one of the best Middle Eastern Lebanese, fast food place I've ever encountered!I usually like to take the grilled chicken plate with ties and couple of sides: truly deliciousThe homeless is out of this world and so is there baba ghanoush a.k.a. MutabalAs I said, it's a very small place that usually people come and pick up their food to go.The dining room has just a few tables that is very cleanI highly recommend you try that small rotisserie chicken eateryI give them a five stars without hesitation

August 23.2024New Yelp friend suggested I try the kabob thighs, something I've never had in allllll the years of patronizing Al Wazir and? I'm kicking myself. It was fantastic: moist, tender, a little smokey due to the charred edges, overall flavorful without being overbearing and over-salted, the chef really having taken his time to prepare it. Hit the chicken with their white garlic sauce? You're instantly happy.We often take for granted those restaurants that are close to our homes and that we pick food up at on the regular, that maybe are lacking in high-falutant atmosphere and what have you. But we shouldn't. Not when they are consistently so good like Al Wazir is. Feeling grateful for having this place a mile from home for three decades...

Delicious! The employees were attentive and the wait was not long at all. Easy and accessible parking. Clean tables, floors, and music that takes you back.

Love this place been coming for years and it's always delicious. Staff keeps it clean and food is always fresh fast and friendly service. I was even accidentally charged more for an extra plate once and I didn't even let it phase me. The miscommunication turned out to be a blessing as I had more for another day. My go to plate is the chicken kebab plate and sometimes I'll change it up and get the beef skewer. The hummus and garlic sauce are always a must! Park accordingly or if your local take a short walk and give it a try. Thank you guys !

I love all forms of mediterranean food bit kafta( ground beef skewers ) are my favorites and this whole in the wall in a run down strip mall has it and its great Their shawarna,falaffel are equally great

The best chicken spot in the entire Los Angeles not only are the employees the nicest most caring people in the world. I've gone back 10 to 20 times in the last two months. The portion sizes are humongous. They will feed your whole family. The prices are very affordable the flavor on each piece of chicken meat and salad is tremendous. I can't rave enough about it and I've tried about 19 different chicken spots in LA. This is the best one hands-down

I didn't realize how much i missed Al wazir's chicken! Tastes like home. I used to live a couple blocks down the street for years. So the whole 5th floor possee of starving artists In my building would regularly get togo after a night on the town late night. Would always make your mouth water just thinking about it. I can testify that it still tastes the exact same and amazing after all these years. I wish they had a location closer to me. Super healthy and guilt free. Try the chicken thigh kabob plate. ask for hummus and extra tahini sauce.

Great! The kabob was on point, the tabuleh was surprisingly good, and the cashier was suuuuper friendly. Amidst the general chaos of Hollywood, this place was comfortable and welcoming. I'll be back!!

Consistently good food with friendly customer service. Have been coming to Al Wazir for more than a decade. You really can't go wrong with what your order kebabs, shawarma, falafels, grape leaves, we love the hummus!
