Aikan Sushi & Ramen

The service at Aikan Sushi was great! Took my 10 year granddaughter who was also happy with the food I would recommend Aikan and the all you can eat.Thank you!

This is chain / franchise AyCe sushi but Burbank downtown opened last fall for premium AYCE sushi & ramen so it is little different on Northridge location which is not good service in this location - much much better and service is good and most servers r very professional beautiful - sushi man also very professional so taste is total different but pricy premium sushi is not $40 - they pop up to $54.99= $55 /person for dinner.I treated church Decon who is my friend 's birthday dinner but it was beautiful awesome sushi dinner we had- our server who was Vietnamese young Lad - very sweet and professional server and had knowledge of fishes ( i used have 5 sushi restaurants) this lad was so so good server and good serviceOf course Aikan has good fishes they use especially hamachi & tuna( all kinds) so good but personally i live their salmon & oysters!!Below : photos for half of our foods we ordered !! We were stuffed!We liked their other restaurants in Pasadena and Northridge so wanted to give this location a try. It's in the Burbank town center area where it can get busy weekend nights but plenty of free parking lots all around. They have Yelp check in too, so you can get in line while making your way to the store.There's a premium AYCE menu which could be worth it for better cuts of items just one per person. Everything else is AYCE unlimited but they ask not to waste food. You do have to ask if there are items available. When we went the toro off the premium was not available. They did have both salmon and yellowtail kama. We somehow got extra items sent to our table a few times perhaps menus got crossed. They had lots of tables and seats at the counter. Much more open and brightly lit compared to Pasadena.

If you're looking for an amazing all-you-can-eat sushi spot, this is the place! The sashimi was incredibly fresh, the ponzu sauce that it comes with is delicious. I also love their crispy philly roll and spicy tuna crispy rice.Service was fantastic--Jamie took great care of us, making sure we had everything we needed and keeping the experience smooth and enjoyable. Super friendly and attentive!The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit challenging, so plan ahead if you're coming during peak hours. Other than that, highly recommend this place for sushi lovers!

One of our favorite spot for AYCE sushi... Last visit, in December they offered dollar beer for a limited time. This visit, special was over. But the food is still great. Service was great this visit as well. Sushi was great, we don't normally get rolls, better to just go for sushi as you have more to try. The appetizer was all excellent, highly recommend the mussels. Ramen, good size if you're just wanting to have it with sushi. Half and full size available. The salmon and yellowtail collars, wow it's so good. Perfect with the ponzu dipping sauce. All the sashimi were flavored well and paired with the right sauce. They do come with a lot of onions, incase you're not a fan. Overall, great as always. During the week, they have lunch and dinner prices. But weekend, it's dinner prices. Your alsoAble to upgrade for the premium for an additional fee.

My family came here for lunch on Presidents' Day and got there all you can eat and it was wonderful experience. First the staff was so nice, friendly and attentive. They were constantly checking on us and our table was never empty.All the food is great, we got the all you can eat regular and all the sushi, nigiri, rolls and sashimi was awesome. The appetizers were great as well, mussels, tofu, chicken Karaage, spicy tuna on crispy rice..Probably the only thing I would not get again is the jalapeño shrimp, there was no flavor.Fried oysters were good but a bit too much breading.Parking is easy and very nice decor, spacious for a big group..Dragon egg approved!

Big fans of Aiken Sushi. Made this our Christmas Eve dinner spot. Verified the hours open, which were normal until 10 pm. Arrived at 8:15 promptly seated and ordered first round. 8:43 as we looked to order more, were informed the kitchen was closing in 15 minutes. I understand it is Christmas Eve but this should have been mentioned first thing when we were seated so at least we didn't have to be pressured to order quick.Other than that, the food was good. The ambiance is not intimate at all but its an ok location.

I've eaten at another branch and this location is the yummiest. The wait wasn't so bad at 10minutes. Last night Alvin and Bom were our servers and they were excellent. I can't say the same for others who seemed over it or just not cheerful or as helpful as those two. The all you can eat option was great. My family was very pleased with the food quality last night and they are bigger critics than myself. I like not having the pressure of just having three rounds even though we stopped at ordering at the 3rd round. In total we ordered I think 36 items lol. My personal favorite was the potato croquette and the Alaskan sushi roll. Otherwise, all the rolls are balanced out in portions. The spicy mayo was a great balance of heat.We will be back! I like the booth availability option that can comfortably fit 6 people.

Service and food is always amazing! Bom is a phenomenal server who took great care of our table!
