You kidding me?! Never in my life have I seen this. No care for their pool table. Cue sticks are horrible, no tips. Worst table in LA.

Adults Only in Hollywood delivers a unique nightlife experience that's hard to forget. At its peak, the place was buzzing with energy and had a distinct vibe that set it apart from other spots. The stripper pole is a bold feature that adds to the edgy, playful atmosphere, and the pool table provides a fun, interactive element for guests looking to unwind and socialize. The overall ambiance combines excitement and a sense of exclusivity, making it a memorable destination for a night out. Whether you're there to enjoy the lively environment, show off your pool skills, or simply soak in the distinctive atmosphere, Adults Only offers a one-of-a-kind experience in Hollywood.

Appealing speakeasy at first; the bones of the establishment are cool but the place could use a clean. Would be scared to turn the lights on. It's pretty dark and loud, and the music was not good. The drinks were okay. Not a place I would go out of my way for, but I could see myself coming in with friends for a quick drink if we happened to be walking by.

Super cool vibe here! Came to watch a show with Breaking Sound and it was a blast. The community of people performing and enjoying were super welcoming and fun. And the actual venue is really cool with the front walkway being an adult shop and the inside being a dark, sultry bar. Parking seemed a bit stressful before I arrived but since it's in a little corner mall with a lot of food places people are going in and out and I found a spot within 5 minutes. Def recommend checking this place out!

Checked out the Adults Only speakeasy in LA. When you walk in, the entrance is filled with VHS boxes and old TVs displayed like a video rental store (way back when), which was cool to see!The DJ was decent, and the cocktails that I ordered were okay. It was a nice place to hang out on a Friday night and dance a bit in LA.

Where do I start? The place is okay but don't make a reservation here unless you're okay with it being disorganized lol. I reached out to this place in March via their website because their number doesn't work. My girlfriend had been here before thought it was a good spot to have our people meet up. I wanted to give her the section experience, with the name sign, sparklers, extra-ness that comes with getting bottle service. I got a response and was told I didn't have to pre-pay, it was $420 including a neon birthday sign, sparklers and etc. I confirmed again the beginning of April via text with this person named "Sam". He confirmed whatever bottle we wanted would be the flat price and to just show up & everything would be set. We show up day of, nobody knew anything about a reservation. Lol of course. I didn't leave because we had friends from very far come and meet up at this location. We picked the table & they brought out mixers. I had 3 different bartenders ask me the same question, "which bottle do you want" I'm like so no one knew anything about my party coming? Or that We were told we could get don julio 1942 for the $420. They looked at me like I'm crazy when I said that. I show them the texts, to which they apologize but "don't know who Sam is" and "would never sell a 1942 for $420". I said whatever give us the next best thing. I don't blame anything on the employees there that night specifically because they did great to attend to our party considering the situation but whoever this Sam person was, promising things and making it seem like we were getting such a good deal & got my party to come in expecting something different, he definitely screwed with this establishments professionalism & I'd never recommend someone to make a reservation here. You're lucky I didn't want to ruin it for the rest of my party and taken our money elsewhere. The place is run down for y'all to even charge club pricing saying a 1942 bottle would go for $1200, thankfully there was good music that night but there was no birthday sign with a name and it was just a sad sparkler the bartender was waving around. (FYI I know you overpay for a bottle when you get bottle service, I'm more disappointed that I did it for the sign and photo ops, and we didn't even get that lol and they still charged $535 total). **Also we accidentally left a couple of gifts given by friends. I know they're in the lounge & they said they don't have anything logged in which is also sus.

TLDR: Dive bar in the truest sense. Sticky floors, run down feel, everything was "okay". No complaints really but certainly doesn't feel like a night out on the town. And far from feeling like a secret speakeasy.Pros: -Unique video store entrance-Large, roomy-Pool table in the back, decent amount of seating all aroundCons:-Divey, but not in the cool way-DJ (the night I was there NYE) was terrible. Like actual terribleDon't consider this a speakeasy and your expectations will be set better. Actually, the best way to think about it is it is an old local video store that decided they should also open a bar. There's no mixology here. I imagine if you turn on the lights you'd be a bit horrified. The crowd is young, mixed. The entry with security feels more wary than exclusive. I just can't find a reason to recommend this place.Would I Return? RatingSorry no. Doesn't offer any unique experience to make the journey. If I lived within a 10 min walk I could see meeting some friends here casually on a week night. I wouldn't spend my weekend here.

I was a little weary to visit based on some of the not so positive reviews, but I love me a good speakeasy so I decided to check it out for myself. Adults Only is located in a nondescript plaza with a couple of fast food restaurants and a Starbucks. There was a security guard outside checking IDs (really friendly guy). When we arrived, they had just opened so we were able to take our time entering and looking at the entrance - lots of stuff to look at. When we entered the bar, it looked like an older movie theater and I just really liked the vibes (dark, antique looking, pool table in the back, old movies playing on the projector). They were having a happy hour when we were there ($5 beers or $10 select cocktails) so it was definitely a good deal! They don't serve food but they did allow outside food from the restaurants next door. Cool spot to checkout if you're in the Hollywood area!

A relaxed and enjoyable speakeasy bar awaits at this establishment. It was pleasantly quiet on a Monday evening, creating a nice atmosphere. The lone pool table in the rear is a free source of entertainment, perfect for a casual game. There are plenty of cozy booth and sectioned seating options, making it an ideal spot for a romantic night out.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I will definitely be coming back. I've never seen a speakeasy like this before. Drinks are strong and very well made. Music, disco ball, tvs, pool table and the lounge are such a vibe.
