Longhorn Barbecue

I have tried the Ribs twice and Brisket twice at the Milton, Washington location. All 4 times the meat was like chewing a rubber band. Tough as could be. Seriously - I broke my plastic knife once trying to cut it. Really disappointing because I LOVE BBQ. No clue where else to go around here.

Phenomenal food every time. We absolutely love coming here. We have never been disappointed with the food or service. Best barbecue in the state! Keep up the good work!

This was our family's first Mother's Day without my dad there to help make it a great day for mom. We used to go to the Auburn location on Sundays, for the buffet; over time, the quality just wasn't what we'd come to expect from the Longhorn crew. However, for the sake of old memories, I decided to surprise Mom with a Longhorn lunch after church.I placed the online order on Friday, to ensure it would be queued up & ready for us at opening Sunday morning. I picked the Rustler for Two, with brisket, turkey & pulled pork, and chose the garlic mashed, mac-n-cheese, bb beans, and cornbread for sides. We added the Tub O' Ribs as well.Showing up Sunday morning, they opened up right at 11, and already were packing up my order for me. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Showing up at Mom's place, she was thrilled to see me walking in with bags of tasty treats!Everyone loved the selections; there was plenty for all of us. The meat was moist and flavorful, and the beans were delicious, as I remember. The only dish that wasn't my favorite was the Mac-n-Cheese, but my daughter loved it!Glad to see they've brought back the quality they were always known for; we'll definitely be coming back again soon. Parking is a breeze, so we'll choose dine-in next time. Thanks, Longhorn BBQ, for making my mom's day extra special for her!

You have to work really hard to mess up BBQ or just not care about the craft that goes into the preparation of BBQ. I can't believe a restaurant would serve you cold food and a cold brisket, and be OK with it. I was sorely disappointed at this place because the one time I feel like having BBQ spending my hard earned money at this place was really disappointing ,so much so that what I did not finish went to the homeless man outside which was much more rewarding. The price to pay for bad barbecue here is very dissatisfying probably why there's nobody parked up in front or attending that restaurant in general. I have no plans of returning to this place.

Absolutely disgusted to the MAXIMUM, didn't even eat the food ordered from here. Will NEVER EVER order food from here again. If I could I wouldn't even give this place a star. First off, ordered through a third party. When I had received my order the plate had chicken on the bone, ordered shredded/pulled chicken. The brisket has a shiny coat to it, like they picked it up off the street. Doesn't look pleasing to eat. The pulled pork was so dry you choked on the excessive amount of pepper dumped on it. Couldn't even sauce it up with the bbq sauce because it's more of a beef dip sandwich consistency. Second, the piggy Mac & cheese was topped with hard black burnt pieces of meat. Not even a lick of bbq sauce. Also had an extremely overwhelming taste of black pepper. It tasted so nasty I didn't eat it. Third, $4 a piece for each side (coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and Macaroni salad). The size of side was no bigger than a 2 oz to go plastic cup. What a joke..... they were nasty as all hell too. Fourth, our food was supposed to be delivered by 7pm. But got a notification it would take longer, food arrived at 7:30pm. Noticed the food was wrong and by that time it was too late to place another order or have it fixed because they closed at 8pm. To say the least going hungry tonight!

I miss the old longhorns. When they were located in Auburn I used to go after church each week and enjoy amazing barbecue. Always got the cornbread and the lemonade in addition to a bucket full of ribs delicious. The ribs were meaty and generous not fatty the biscuit was large and delicious served with a wonderful honey butter.Sadly longhorns close that location and moved to Milton which should have been a wonderful thing since it's very close to my home but something about the place just isn't the same the quality of the food is gone rapidly down, while the price is creeped up. Gone is the generous longhorns barbecue replaced by just getting by. In the past it was cheaper for me to go and get a bucket of ribs than make ribs myself now that's time is well passed it's much easier for me to make them myself and more economical as well I actually get a better product that is a shame. I'm hoping that longhorns finds his way back to its old values

Got the cowboy feast to go and it was huge. Nicely packaged with both hot and mild BBQ sauce. Great for a party. The ribs were the favorite but the sausage was also great.

Great meal! Really enjoyed the pulled pork plate. Great portion size of meat. The honey butter and bbq sauce were amazing! Also, ordered the potato salad and Mac and cheese. I would go again.

The barbecue is hit or miss so often that it's not worth the the money the want for the garbage that they make out in Spokane. If you like garbage barbecue made by a boy that says he was a ranger but doesn't remember what the name of his battalion is then go for it because your standards are already low .
