Long Wong's Hot Wings

Wings are crispy and flavorful!We love the lemon pepper, teriyaki and buffalo!The service is friendly. If the lines are long, which they often are, chill and enjoy the smells.

I gave them 2-stars because they do make good wings. Don't try anything else. Bad pizza. They can't even make a hamburger. They toasted the outside of the bun. The picture doesn't do it justice, it was very crunchy. They also take pride in taking forever. 45-minutes, one day, today was 20-minutes and nobody was there.

Haven't had much opportunity to find a nice wing spot in our new community. This chain was recommended by several local lists and then confirmed by friends at church. Pretty solid place if you're looking for basic wings with great flavor. Wasn't too busy, but a nice pseudo sports bar vibe. Until we are able to expand our horizons a bit more in the West Valley, we will be coming back here!

So, the last, last time I visited Long Wong's, they gave me the wrong order. Which was upsetting because I was looking forward to my comfort food after a long, exhausting day. However, whatever that was, was DELICIOUS! Sadly, I don't know what flavor it was lol it was a dozen wings, all flats, extra wet. But, I couldn't tell if the sauce was like a honey BBQ or maybe a Teriyaki...? I have no idea. But, it was soooo tasty, and I would love to find out! So, I'm gonna have to remember to get samples of their sauces, to figure out what it was.

Eclectic & cool! Great chow! Go check it out and bring the family. Friendly service and the night crowd is cool as well!

It is completely my fault coming here knowing most people on yelp leave with horrible food but I was so hungry and really wanted wings and I've never been here. Customer service was good but I only made a to go order. Our fries were so undercooked, soggy and wet :(. The wings were so crispy I didn't know if I was chewing a bone or chicken? I liked their medium hot sauce & the generous amount of sauce but wth? I was crunching so hard on these wings thinking I'm eating a bone, it was hard to tell the difference. The flaps had a sliver of meat you could actually eat. 12 wings & some fries for $20. We didn't even eat the fries and we only ate 3 wings each because we could not even bare eating the rest. After 10 mins of the wings sitting on the counter at home, they looked black... it was so gross I am traumatized.

Website says best in phoenix more like Smallest wings in phoenix not worth the price. Good sauce and cooked well

This is place is expensive compared to other spots. A cheese burger and wings for $20 then you have to pay for refills at that. Wouldn't recommend coming to This place. Disappointing to say the least I should of just saved my money and ate at home. Place let me down in customer service (rude), price and food. No wonder it's empty but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt

Second time here very hostile environment to walk in and Oder. Very rude staff members. I came in to pick up a order and they asked why i was there instead of asking how to help or just greeting people. Will not be ordering from this location save yourself the trip
