Long Wong's Famous Wings

What the heck happened to the legendary Long Wong's of the 1980s-1990s? Perhaps they are all independently owned, but but this one on the west side leaves a lot to be desired.

This place cured my homesickness!!!You know how when you move away from home, you start to miss all of your fave hometown mom n pop shops; and start to crave certain foods but it's soooo far away, and it makes you miserable...Well, that's what I was going through.Back home (Las Vegas), there's this place called Hamburger Hut. Locals call it The Hut. Though, it's called Hamburger Hut, this place is most popular for their wings and tenders. My fam visited The Hut/order take out often when I was a child; and as an adult, I would go nearly every week, they were my absolute fave! When I moved to Phoenix, I would crave hot wings, but had no idea on where to go. I tried 2 places but it just didn't hit like home. Then one day, while hanging out with a friend, I told him I wanted hot wings, but I didn't know where to get some really good ones. He was like, it's cool, I gotchu, and he did for sure! I nearly cried at home close to home it tasted. They were so reminiscent to the wings at Hamburger Hut that I was in shock! Now, whenever I'm feeling homesick and is missing The Hut, I know Long Wong's will cure me and bring me close to home!

Perfect wings and the sauce is delicious - honey hot. They understood the assignment when I said crispy.

It's so fancy in here in my opinion the only thing that could bring it down is bad people. Maybe they could use a better spray for the tables but everything else be good I love it

This place is so, so gross. You ever wondered what it would be like to take a shot of white vinegar? Try these wings! I ordered from here on UberEats thinking it was the Long Wong's in Uptown--look, if you make the same mistake, take stock of what a massive difference those two stars on Yelp make! Cancel your order RIGHT NOW if you have the ability to switch locations!!!Wings are small, dry, and horribly overpriced. Pizza looks like it came from a frozen foods section and is all dough--no toppings. A 12" pizza had 8 pepperonis on it and they are SMALL. Mozzarella sticks taste like a gas station. Jeez, even the dipping sauce for the mozzarella sticks was flavorless! At the end of it all, I literally couldn't even stomach eating it--I was so grossed out by how abhorrently vinegar-y everything was that I had to stop eating. Thankfully UberEats gave me a refund. Seriously, what the heck? I have never paid so much for something so, so bad.

We love Long Wong's, they have my favorite wing flavor, honey hot. Service is always great and the price is 100% worth it to us. Our go to wing spot.

I've order 12 wings and family size French fries. The wings were well done cooked, and French fries were hella soggy and unseasoned. I even asked for can of sodas but gave me fountain drink instead.

Twice I have ordered the buffalo chicken salad. The chicken is supposed to have a spicy sauce on it, per the menu. Twice now it has come without the spicy sauce. When I called the store to tell them, two ladies were there and they only spoke Spanish. Here in southern Arizona, people need to be bilingual to be understood. I have nothing against other languages, I try the little Spanish I know, but communication needs to happen. So does spicy sauce on my buffalo chicken salad.

Wooowww I just called to order wings from this place they said we don't speak English. So I went head order somewhere else Rkids pizza and wings found out they are the pest forget this nasty place I think their chicken wings are from dead chickens they stink!

When this spot first opened the food was good and the service was good even with it being busy for being newly opened. However, the service here has gone severely down hill. They never answer the phone and when you go in to order the employees are just standing around talking until you pretty much demand their attention. They almost always get the order wrong which is unexceptable since they always say they are busy and make you wait 45 minutes to and hour for your order!!!
