THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN. We went today and it appears it has been closed for quite some time.

I visited with a group last weekend. The décor is nicely done and the bar is beautiful. We chose the option to buy a wine glass of our choice to take with us and sample the wines for "free" (essentially the cost of the wine glass was the cost of the tasting, but it was worth it. The bartender/hostess warmed up and we had a great time sampling various wines, as well as locally made jams and cheeses. Everyone in our group bought wine, cheese, or jams or all of the above. I bought two cheese, the Garden Veggie and the Adobo, as well as two jams, the Honey Pecan and the Apple Maple Bacon! All were delicious! I recommend visiting this place.

This is a must if you are looking at this review - stop here and do a tasting. This winery is small and charming. Very good variety of sweet and dry wines. The "Hush" was my favorite of all. They have the option to do cheese and jam with your tasting as well. Great local cheeses and jams totally worth tryingIf you buy a logo item (such as a glass with their logo), the taste is complimentary. Great deal! You can enjoy a bottle right outside in the picnic tables and enjoy the sunshine. It's a great hangout spot during the week and on the weekend.

Come for the cheeses-WOAH! There is such an unexpected assortment and pretty much all in the tasting (that's right, you can TASTE the cheeses as well as wine, which is very unique compared to other wineries) were highly satisfying. My personal faves were Buttermilk, Adobo, and Garlic. Aside from being delicious, they are very affordable and many sourced locally. The honey pecan jam was also unlike any jam I've had. I'm happy I am not around it all the time, or else I would constantly be devouring!! Regarding the wine, there are def some tasty selections, though more often than not they were on the sweeter side (some described as grape juice with the added sugar). The wine and cheese tasting also included a souvenir, with options including different style wine glasses and other mementos.

I had family visiting recently and they requested a visit to a local winery. Long Hollow is a nice drive from Nashville and worth making the trip. The building has a slight Tuscan flare (it felt like the holiday decorations were still up, but maybe the candles just looked like poinsettias). When you enter they have a small gift area and a nice size tasting bar. Their tastings are very reasonable, we tried almost all their selection, which I think was nine varieties, for only $3. You can also opt for the larger tasting which includes a souvenir glass to take home and cheese and jelly tasting to go with the wines starting at $7. We honestly enjoyed every variety, it surprised us that they were consistent across the board and there wasn't a weak one. Prices for bottles were reasonable also. Long Hollow is a nice change up from the usual brewery or distillery tastings.

Our road-tripping group of seven was extremely frustrated that we wasted 20 minutes going out of our way to visit this winery and they were not open when they said they would be (noon on Wednesday). We finally gave up at 12:15.

Sweet little place just outside of Nashville with friendly staff and delicious wines. Nice little afternoon trip! Bottle prices are quite reasonable, as are the tastings. Staff was very knowledgeable and educational. Will definitely go again!

Old fashioned, kitschy place with horrendous ambiance and decor. Still, the wine was good - really good for Tennessee - and the staff friendly and helpful. Worth a quick stop.

Total newbie to the wine tasting thing. Sorry, I can't tell you what's good or not since my palate is my own. BUT on a positive note, the taste testing is fun and cool. I'm sure people were like wtf is she doing just gulping and making faces and sounds but sorry, I couldn't help it! My choices were Hush and Muscadine. The Muscadine had some anise and clove hints---I think. Which is why I got it...never tasted something like that, ever.

Gross. When I walked in, I was immediately taken aback by the horrid dirty litter box smell-it took my breath away, and not in a cute, "this is amazing" way, but in a, "the place smells so horrible I cannot breathe," kind of way. I can get behind a kitschy interior, but the rundown plastic picnic tables and ceiling held in place by cardboard boxes was a little much. Due to the terrible environment, I only tried one wine-it was fine. However, given the um, ambiance, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anybody. Ugh.
