Long Hollow Gardens & Vineyards

What a beautiful place! We recently came to Long Hollow Gardens for the second time. My first trip here was to visit their garden center to purchase some flowers - they have a great selection and prices. This past weekend we came to do an evening wine tasting along with their pick your own wildflowers event. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. There's plenty of open space so you don't feel like you're on top of anyone, even on a busy summer evening. All three of the wines we tasted (Ocana, Robert's Red and Red Herring) were all delicious. We preordered a charcuterie box which was cute and yummy, but it is a bit on the small side. These boxes apparently tend to sell out fast so place an order online if you want one! The wildflower area was so beautiful especially with the sun setting. We had a lovely evening and plan to return to Long Hollow Gardens many times in the future.

I just attended the most wonderful charity fundraiser event for CAPS Children are People here at Long Hollow Gardens. The atmosphere with all the beautiful live greenery, little twinkling lights is adored by the community. It's simply just a little dream come true for those who may be looking for a venue for any type of special occasion.

Wow, we had the exact opposite experience as the other posters. We went on a Saturday afternoon. We were looking for 4 or 5 trees and to plant bushes along a 100 foot fenceline. We could not find anyone to help us. We walked around for 20 minutes while the young man looked for someone to help us. When that didn't work out we went inside and a older women asked if she could help us. This is where things really went to compost. She had no interest in answering our questions, even less in actually showing us what the shrubs look like. When asked to clarify what a particular specimen looked like she said "the big green pine shaped one". When we asked about a tree we wanted, she erroneously told us they were not allowed to sell them, and then treated us to her own personal rant about the government invading our lives.. That's when we decided to leave. We really wanted to buy from there just because of the delivery and planting service, but after that experience, it's going to be really hard to give them our money.

This is the second year in a row that we've come to Long Hollow Nursery to pick out our Christmas tree. We came in on Black Friday and roamed through the selection for while before we decided on a tree. While the guys were loading the tree onto the car, we went inside and enjoyed complimentary hot cocoa and coffee, and paid for our tree. Once the tree was loaded up, my fiancee noticed that it was split partly up the trunk. He was afraid that the tree wouldn't last until Christmas with the split. The owners were generous enough to trade the tree out for a larger sized tree at no extra cost. They acutally refused to let me pay the difference! We definitely recommend coming here for your Christmas trees! And their even space looks gorgeous as well :]

Hartley and his team are the classiest act anywhere. First, the selection is unrivaled in Middle Tennessee. Second, their prices are at virtually direct grower discounts. Most importantly, the service and care they give to their customers goes way beyond the normal expectations. When you call, visit or work with them, they truly make you feel like a dear family member. This is the kind of business we need to survive and THRIVE in our area. Extra bonus: There's a great playground for the kiddos!

This spot was great! This winery was small and quaint but also had many areas to check out! The staff was friendly and informative. They were setting up for a wedding while we visited and it looked absolutely stunning! Such a good hidden gem outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville

Friendly family owned winery! Enjoyed every minute! I love the sparkling white wine- delicious!

I'm obsessed with this adorable spot! We had no clue they produced their own wines here, the perfect date night or girls night spot. I believe dogs are welcome in certain areas, they noted that they occasionally have food trucks but you're welcome to bring your own food!

The new event space at Long Hollow Nursery is a beautiful area. It is large and comfortable and is very versatile. It is a great space for any event.
