This is NOT A YOUNG'S CROSSAINT. I'm including it for reference only. See the beautiful lamination? See the shape?
Ham, bacon & cheese croissant, chocolate twist + iced coffee

What to order: ham and cheese jalapeño croissant with added eggs, bacon, and avocado. It becomes a pretty hefty breakfast sammy that I can save for two servings. Their iced coffee is also good, a little on the sweeter side but at least it doesn't become bland or watered down when the ice melts a little. Service is quick and easy, no over the top friendliness, they just want to get the job done. Donut selection has been lacking but maybe I've only visited the shop after the fresh baked rush?

Stopped by this place for a quick breakfast on the way to work. Now this is a mom-n-pop shop so expect similar service. Obviously the decorations and ambiance are nothing to write home about but to be expected for a small donut shop.Prices are a bit high for a small donut shop unfortunately and they pretty much only accept cash (unless you make a big order or want to pay the extra fee for using credit cards). I think they don't expect a lot of customers either so by 10-11AM some of their donuts are sold out and you are left with limited options. All in all, if you like small donut stores, stop by. But for faster services, better options and maybe better prices, there is a Dunkin place less than 5 minutes away...

Best donuts I ever had in Orange county! Love the chocolate covered cinnamon bun donut. I usually hate donuts but I tried a bite of this donut my mom bought and I was shocked at how delicious it was. First time not getting a stomachache after eating donuts too

Good: - Convenient- quick service. Meh: - service- variety of donutsNot really a good experience here. No good morning, no hello. Maybe the gentleman had a bad morning? Nothing really cheery about Yong's Donuts. Counter was messy and seemed to be in disarray. Variety of the donuts was lacking also. Not sure if I missed the fresh morning donut rush and they just ran out? Who knows? Anyway, I only made it to this donut shop from suggestions on other Yelp! reviews but don't think I'll be coming back. But let's leave on a good note: service was quick and there was no line to wait in. Cheers!

NOT a croissant. NOT even close. They do not know what a croissant is, nor how to make one. By definition, it's supposed to be "crescent shaped laminated dough". A croissant is supposed to be flaky. And edible. At Yong's Donuts you get undercooked bread for $4.50, no joke. I'm not expecting the authentic croissant you get in France, but at least make something that can perform at a Costco croissant level. To the Owner: I know life is hard working in a donut shop...I never said it was easy. But STOP making something that is bad. Take a class, and make something good, or don't make it at all. And it's okay to smile. Again, I know it's not a super fun job, but smiling makes customers happy while frowning like you just smelled a fresh turd is...well, alarming. Go buy and taste a really good croissant and then taste the one you are serving. I've made bread for years. Croissants are difficult to make and very time consuming, but they are great when made well. I still have that doughy taste in my mouth from the two bites I had.
