The service was great, they do mostly drive-thru orders here at this Carson location. Ample parking, clean bathroom, hot water access. You can tell a lot about a restaurant on the overall functionality of the bathroom and cleanliness. I ordered the fish and chips basket $14.99 The food was great ! Not quite the best quality of fish batter but still very good and cooked well almost like air fry system. The overall basket was great either way a mix of French fries and onion rings. It was paired with a very good carbonated coke and a house salad. For the price and quantity of the meal, it's definitely a hot item to get! I had to take half of the meal home, which was still good for dinner! I'll go again!

Well we were in the area after attempting to attend a funeral. My hubby was starving and mother in law was thirsty. We all agreed to sit down and eat rather than drive through to drive all the way home. The yellow basket has ample parking, restrooms avaiable for patrons. We walked in and immediately felt relief from the scorching temperature here in California. Thank you Yellow Basket ! We ordered food it arrived in a timely manner. Our drinks came first. We enjoyed the atmosphere here while dining in. You can tell they have regulars from the local area. There food was fresh and hot.

Terrible!!! I ordered a Chicken Strip Dinner, all I got was 4 chicken strips and fries ( that taste old) the lady taking my order had major Attitude. She also ask me "what dressing would you like with your chicken dinner?" I said Italian, believing I had a salad with my dinner. Most or should I say All places I get this from, comes with the salad. When I called to tell them about my salad, she same Older lady started to treat me like a 5 year old and was trying to explain to me it's only chicken and fries, or salad or onion rings. Bacon Avocado Cheese Burger 10/10- full of flavor - good amount of bacon & avocado Zucchini Fries 10/10- taste fresh - regular size is good enough to share with 2-3 people One of the best mom and pop restaurants there is in town. My family has been coming here for years. The service in this restaurant is really fast and friendly. They have a welcoming environment. You do have to pay extra for condiments. They also have bathrooms which was clean when I was there, just ask for the key:)

Yellow Basket is quick, cheap, local fast food that was reliable during our trip in town. You get what you pay for and it's good to have on a roadtrip. I got the egg burrito and my friend got the patty melt and asada burrito. It tasted fine and straightforward. I'd give 3 stars but I got cheese on my burrito even after letting them know to take it out because I have a dairy intolerance.

Food is not that good, pretty bland - but it's good for the price so I can't really complain. Service is fast, so you'll get your food in about 10 mins.FOODasada burrito (4/10) - it was okay, very bland wouldn't recommend itPatty melt (7/10) - it was pretty good, I'd probably get it again! I really try to stay away from fast food, but baby this place it the best. My husband and I had the chicken salad, while my granddaughter had an avocado bacon burger . Food is always good , well prepared and fresh.If you can manage to have Ms Tina to wait on you, you will be lucky, all the staff are nice, but Ms. Tina is the best of them all. I only brought cash with me and no debit card, I was 2.00 short and Ms Tina said, no worries I will pay the difference for you. I was reluctant but accepted her offer. I thanked her and promised to bring the money back.The next day I brought the money back and Ms Tina was surprised, I told her I always keep my word.Long story short. Everytime I go here, the customer service and food is amazing. They always give plenty of food and it's a really good price. The pork chops dinner was only $13.99 and I got so much and I had to bring some home. I usually get the steak and eggs and everytime, the steak is cooked perfect. How I like it. Recommend this place if you're in Carson. The workers are always nice. Never get any attitude from them. Not like other places. And the ambiance is very nice as well. Just a nice typical diner.

So one of my offices is right around the corner so I pick up food pretty often from YB. First let me say that the ladies are always so nice whenever I go. Food is always hot and fresh but some items I like better than others. I'm not really big on their burgers because they suffer from the same issue I have with most mom and pop burger places in SoCal, a small patty loaded with lettuce and tomato. The tacos are solid and packed with meat and they have great breakfast. YB isn't bad but it isn't mindblowing delicious either. It's convenient to my job and better than McDonalds but if there were better options in the area I'd probably opt for those. Still, there are plenty of items on the menu so I'm sure everyone can find something to their liking.

Don't have any pics... I really wish I had some to show not because it was so good but because I was in a rush to ear before a work meeting This wasn't my first place to eat yesterday mid morning but the place I was trying to go to was not open and I'm like what's open around here that I can get food from easily and it hit me yellow basket They have renovated it in past years from the outside so I had hope that the food was tooJ got a burrito and ordered chicken but got steak and it was alright like it was missing something not sure but yeah it was just mehI also got a small order of chili cheese fries and oh man the chili was odd it was mixed with chorizo and the chorizo was not that good in flavor and I also got chicken strips and they were super dry in fact one felt like it was a refriedI won't be going back honestly!
