Food is good and on mon-thurs its cheap. You can get a meal for under 10 dollars. Place doesnt need to change, dont accept credit cards, dont have dine in. Its fine the way it is. Cant complain

Customer service is nonexistent in this place. Only reason I gave the 2 stars was because the food was decent. If my mother didn't love this place I definitely would not patronize them at all.Shoutout to the rude ass cashier JR. Not only did he NOT acknowledge me when I was standing at the counter, but dabbed it out with a co-worker counting money while myself and 3 other people stood in line patiently waiting to place our orders. All he had to do was look up and say one moment please. That's it. Perhaps they should invest in sending the people who take the orders to a customer service training. They are the first point on contact for the business. Definitely not the proper way to run a business and fastest way to turn people off from patronizing the business.JR. Needs some professional training ASAP! Maybe he should shadow Telly the young lady who actually acknowledged me and took my order.JR absolutely sucks at his job. I'm sorry. This review is coming from someone who is in management and knows good customer service

It's good- but not amazing.Ordered the ribs special and several sides. The ribs were maybe a 7 out of 10. I've had better but they are respectable. I'd skip the sweet bbq sauce or maybe ask for it on the side? Just a bit too saucy. The sides were actually better than the ribs. My kids loved the Mac and cheese and I thought the baked beans were superb. The place itself is really disappointing. No place to eat, no credit cards.

I come to Woodys often to both of there establishments. I mainly go for there Rib - Tips & Smoke Turkey Wing There Portions size of food is good, the prices is average, parking at times be a hassle but there is parking on the streets, Customer Service good, Friendly ( as well kid Friendly, Phone in orders available, They except Cash Payments, Credit / Debit cards, They be extremely busy and crowded, the restaurant is small no tables nor chairs, outside window available to order. The Turkey Wings they have available in Mild or Hot, there BBQ SAUCE Very Good I get an extra Especially for the Turkey Wing, I don't care for there macaroni salad.

Phone orders aren't welcomed. They blame their phone not working, even tho we had a full clear conversation. Just say you don't take phone orders. Food is bomb tho.

I came here for BBQ and it was ugh ok. I got a beef rib plate and a 3 meat combo with ribs, beef links and slice beef! I will start with the 3 meat! The slice beef and beef links were good but the ribs i couldn't eat it. The ribs had a mushy texture were you just have to spit it out. Not good at all. The beef plate was actually good. You get 3 nice size bones. The sides for the plates are very small and only 4 to pick from. They have no mac and cheese like most BBQ spots i been to so i got potato salad and BBQ beans which were ok. I asked for spicy BBQ sauce for the beef ribs plate and it wasn't even that. It had a tiny kick to out but not truly spicy. Inglewood don't have any good spots. It's a smoke house, so when you pull up your gonna smell smoke. Even if the day you come they are not smoking. Come in and don't be shy, my suggestion? No matter what protein you order, ask for mixed sos (sauce on the side), you will thank me later. I always get a pound of rib tips. Iykyk. Service is always prompt and friendly.
