I ordered online take-out and was surprised that the estimated pick-up time was 50 minutes. We ended up getting at the restaurant about 20 minutes in and thought we'd check just in case the food was already done. When we got there, the worker seemed shocked about the order and said there wasn't one. Since I was more than positive it existed, we just told him, please check again. Sure enough, he's like, "oh there it is, I'll put it in." Um...ok. :/ It wasn't busy but the food took quite a while to be ready. The service is slow. I've had a good share of experience ordering take-out Ramen and this place, by far has the most bizarre way of packaging it. The toppings and dry ingredients of the Ramen were in a bento box and the broth was in a small container clearly not able to hold the Ramen and additions. Luckily for us, we have big bowls at home to transfer everything into, but what if we wanted to eat in the car or at some other location? It would have been a dipping Ramen situation? That's not right. The Chicken and the Tonkotsu Ramen respectively lack the flavor punch and profile of what someone who's eaten a fair share of Ramen is used to tasting. I had to add extra seasonings on the ramens just to make them more enjoyable. Their chow mein was bland and flavorless as well. :-( The only item that was okay was their teriyaki chicken. Overall, the likelihood of us returning is extremely low. There are many options for Chinese food in the area and this one doesn't compete with those other options in our humble opinion.
