Remember in the early 2000s when every restaurant was either Chinese or Mexican? Why's it become a hassle to find either food that's even somewhat decent now?Wasn't the worst Chinese food I've ever had, but it was incredibly disappointing. Had it only once before, and the difference in both times I've had it was night and day, so problem with consistency. Price is almost too good to be true... get what you pay for, I suppose. Still, it leaves me wondering if maybe it was just an off day or something as the first time I tried this place, it was actually pretty dang good. My last visit definitely makes me question ever coming back, I don't really want to gamble on whether my lunch is going to give me tummy issues. Food tasted super oily, old, and the meat was difficult to chew through. I tried the fried rice, beef & broccoli & some thin noodles (unsure of name, but it had massive chunks of onions in them). None of it was worth reordering, in my opinion. The first time I had it, the orange chicken was great. Super crispy, hot, tasty. This last time, however, it was the exact opposite - old, cold, chewy, bland. Gross. Probably won't be back, probably wouldn't recommend it. If anyone has a suggestion for Chinese food near this area, please tell me. Got left with the craving.

Bomb! We are a big family! So we started ordering party trays instead of just the entree plates. And It doesn't disappoint. It comes out hot and fresh. No need to order ahead, they have it ready to you in 10mins. Perfect for lazy rainy days and orReady family meals for on the go families. Just delicious!

Appreciate staffs who work hard to run this place. However 2 older ladies who take orders need to perform better in interacting with customers. I've been visiting this place intermittently and often witnessing repeateadly how unprofessional and disrespectful their staffs'attitude is, especially one of them who is the taller, skinny Asian lady. I've been pretty much staying silent about it, but this time i feel the need to communicate it to public. During my last visit to this place (which was during weekday in the evening) i requested an item of Spicy Chicken Wings. As a customer who does not regularly order Spicy Chicken Wings or spicy Chicken, I unintentionally left out the word "Wings" as the staff started to scoop the item i did not mean to order.I did point out to the correct item the whole time since I requested the order. But I guess that older lady didn't see it and after she found out that i verbalize a different order than the order she scooped she immediately raised her voice saying: "(The one you point out) IS NOT SPICY CHICKEN. IT'S SPICY WINGS! IF YOU WANT SPICY WINGS, DON'T SAY SPICY CHICKEN! OTHERWISE I WILL GIVE YOU THE WRONG ITEM!". And she impatiently dumped the item back to its container. Instead of being verbally rude, wouldn't it be better to say things like: "I think you mean spicy wings. I just want to make sure i get you the right order. Spicy Chicken is this one, but the one that you point out is Spicy Wings. If it is then let me get it for you"...Afterwards when the older lady scooped the spicy wings to fulfill my order, i asked her: "Can you take out the Jalapenos?". Again, she responded unprofessionally by saying: "It's only one (Jalapeno). You can take it out yourself!". And she made a movement just as she wanted to close the styrofoam box. She did take out one jalapeno, but later on i found out there were still three of them inside the box. She may not be totally wrong. I could've taken it out myself. But this is just to show that some people may have the right intention but unable to communicate it in a proper way. She could've communicated it better by saying: "I'm sorry. The item comes with some jalapenos in it. I will try to take it out when i see it. Unfortunately i am unable to guarantee if there are still some inside the item". In addition, things get worse when a staff is telling a customer what to do especially in a rude way, including the using of our body language which contributes to 95 % of our communication with others.Last but not least when i paid for my item i overheard both staffs talking in Chinese about me I understood it because Chinese is my third language. But off course both of them denied it. The shorter older lady even started to talk rude to me and became verbally aggressively towards me in denying it. Regardless whether they talked about me or not, I do think that it is more appropriate for staffs to communicate in English in front of customers who speak to them in English....especially in a situation like this- where things can get a little tense. Just so we all can avoid any further misunderstandings. Some may find it hard to believe but I wish i had a video to show it. At this point me and my co workers have no intention of returning back to this place but if we do decide to return we may need to record our interaction visually and audibly to prove that this is not just a made up story...(In case this issue happens again). And i will let the public decide whether this is a true story or not. But hopefully things will improve. It is not my intention to take advantage of this situation (or any situation) for my own benefit. I do not wish this place (including its staffs) to suffer any harm. I hope they may continue their business successfully. But major improvement especially the way staffs conduct their attitude in front of customers needs to be involved.

Use to love this place and haven't been in a while. I come today to get a lunch combo and i get the orange chicken. When i got home to eat it, pretty much every piece was slimy and undercooked. I go to take it back and get something else and the lady is arguing with me that that's how its suppose to be, i turn to ask a customer and we both agreed it was under cooked . Only because the other customer agreed, they changed it. I changed to the beef and broccoli and the broccoli tasted pretty fish. After coming here for so long it's sad to say i won't be back. The quality just went to trash.

Terrible now, I've been going here for over 20 years and it's gone down hill. The lo mein is thin now, no longer as flavorful, I understand how things are now but they raised their prices and lowered the quality and I will no longer go there. My wife went and didn't notice the teriyaki chicken was burnt and the serving was extremely small, I ate 5 pieces that I pulled the burnt skin off and the picture will show the small amount of dry chicken I received.
