Wingstop

A new and tiny location with no seating and tons of people waiting for their orders. The workers were nice but it seems the location choice is not the most convenient for anything besides online pickups which is what we did but the order took much longer. The food was pretty decent. We got a boneless wing deal which the price was great and loved the sauces. Despite the place being packed they weren't calling out names for orders even though we had checked when we walked in and it appeared our order had been sitting there for awhile. Despite eating shortly after we got the food it was all cold sadly. Overall it was good but def think the size of the restaurant and slow service with nowhere to sit wasn't myFav.

At first i was happy this location opened since its close to my house, but you're very inconsistent. Ordered online two times (i only ever order online to avoid wait times) And both times they forget to give me my fries. I was already home both times when i noticed and had to drive all the way back. Good thing it's not far but still, I shouldn't have to check to make sure they got my order right. That's never happened at any other location i've gone to. Not to mention both time i've ordered it's been dead. No other costumers there So why does it keep happening??? Workers just stand around getting payed to talk to each other. They need to do better. If there's enough workers staffed and it's slow, I would expect my order to be done correctly but that's not the case at this location.

Ordered the 30pc Classic Crew pack and when I got home I noticed that the fries were missing. It was quite busy when I went to pickup but if my order was ready to be picked up, I would have appreciated it if they would have ensured everything was inside the bag before putting it to the side. Other than that, it was a good experience. Wings were good and cooked perfectly!

just picked up my order and was serving my kids & realized they forgot my rannnchhh !!!! called and they gave me store credit for a ranch

Grand opening! Food was good, consistent with other locations. Unfortunately, they did not honor the grand opening promotion due to an issue with their systems (one of the reasons we initially visited this location) I was redirected to contact their corporate office to assist with the promotion redemption instead and paid full price for all items. Otherwise, it's a good Wingstop.
