JOSE IS GREAT! very very nice!!! When I walked in he was able to help me asap and answered all the questions i had!

Had the absolute worst experience tonight Feb 8th. I understand it's a Saturday night and that they'd be busy around 7pm when I was there. I ordered prior to going in...it said it would be ready in 20 mins so I waited a little over the 20 mins and went in to get my food, the guy at the counter said 10 mins and I was like "ok" and stepped back,...many other customers came in for pickups or door dashers and he kept telling everyone 10 mins. A door dasher mentioned to the guy at the counter how it was way over the time it was supposed to be ready and he went off on her saying he was going to have her blocked from being able to dash at that store, my wife and I said out loud that that was really rude. My wife told him that we were there to pick up food and it's also way past the time it was supposed to be ready and he told us "you don't have to f-ing order wing stop either" then the manager stared yelling at the door dasher being very rude and saying she has her employees backs...I think that's great in a normal situation but this employee and manger were in the wrong. I will never go to this wing stop and neither should anyone else. I see from many other reviews that they allow this behavior! I've worked fast food and in customer service for most of my life and I wouldn't dream of talking to a customer(s) this way

The cashiers are excellent! Fast service with great quality meals. Every visit is always met with great workers who keep the orders going smooth. One of the top managers in particular is very nice (I forgot the name). My last visit was met with warm welcomes after the holidays especially by Kevin and Ulsegun. I hope they get promoted as soon as possible! Hoping all goes well and will definitely be coming back!

Doing DoorDash in this area is horrible. It's not even midnight when I arrive to ask to use the restroom and tell me it's close. Who does that shit there's still customers that are inside in this place and they close the restroom first were they know that this people that are eating inside this restaurant need to use that space especially for delivery service and also it's filthy out there!!!! I just don't get it. Why would you close the restroom where there is still customers?!!!

Angela was an angel! She was super sweet, kind, patient, and nice when helping me order my food today. She even suggested I take the survey for a free brownie instead of paying for it...again she's an ANGEL!!! Give her a raise!!! Thank you so much for being so sweet. I definitely recommend coming here now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I recognize and appreciate you girl keep going!

Angela was so nice and helpful. She seems like a hard worker cuz she was cleaning in between order taking. I just wanted to leave a review solely because of how helpful and kind she was with helping me decide the specific size meal I wanted to order. And she filled me in on any new deals and sauces at the time. Thank you Angela

Every table was sticky and dirty and the lids for the drinks were disgusting would not recommend eating inside

Ordered 10 lemon pepper and 10 Louisiana and only received 10 Louisiana. No lemon pepper would like a refund on the 10 lemon pepper. We did not receive attempted to call for the last 30 minutes and it's 9:33 PM on New Year's Eve and no one is picking up. @12:04 currently At Wing Stop and spoke with staff and a gentleman named Carlos and explained what took place. they ended up providing the 10 remaining Lemon Pepper. I showed Carlos I keep calling last night and he said ok.Thank you Wing Stop!

if i could give 0 i would. food was good but fries were NOT. i found a DEAD cockroach in my fries. wasn't aware until i took a bite of my fries with a fork and picked up accidentally the cockroach and was too late to realize what it was. i threw up so much after eating that. will never come back again.

Way too under staffed. Takes over 30 min for a single order of wings. I don't blame the employees at all they were working hard they just need more support
