Wingstop

While Wingstop can sometimes be a hit or miss depending on the location, this one has been a hit in my experience. Food has always been ready on time after ordering, wings are crispy but not dry, well seasoned/sauced, and nice service. What more can you ask for from a chain fast food spot? Consistency is important in any business, so they'll continue to get my support whenever I'm craving Wingstop.

You can't go into a Wingstop and expect superb service every time but this one's decent. They're clearly understaffed but do their best despite how busy they always are. (Imagine having to take phone orders, in-person orders, and delivery orders.) And if anything, it's the customers that are making their jobs harder than it needs to be. I was just there last night and had to stand there listening to this guy who wasn't clear about anything he was trying to get. It was a lot of back and forth.Nothing from my order was missing, everything was cooked to the correct temperature, and tasted fine. My only real nitpick was how messy the drink station was but I can excuse that given how busy they were.

Must say this particular Wing Stop is the best. Inside the general appearance is clean and well kept. The food specialist were very responsive and hit me up with "welcome can I take your order". Loved the separate condiments station which again clean well kept and managed. Ketchup dispensers was clean no old residue leaking around this canister. Plenty of paper towels on a huge roll. Lids for provided in abundance nestled in an organized sanitary canister. A huge beverage dispenser stood poised beaming with lights boosting its capacity to dispense 100 different beverages. Sugar free water alternatives as well. Although smaller more intimate setting there where 4 tables which seat at least 4 people. Near the front door by the order counter reside a bench which could seat about 5 or so waiting customers. Just below the HD TV was area for standing customers near the large window located near the front door. I ordered the lemon pepper and Louisiana rub, well done flat wings. I must say they were large in charge, juicy fresh right off the fryer. I promise you when I say will never order chicken wings from wing stop from door dash again. My wings we're piping hot . My fries I ordered them well done with Cajun seasoning again delicious piping hot cut to perfection. Crisp but you still get the soft potato taste inside. I dispensed a raspberry and orange drink , tastes ok. Overall I must say I was impressed and will be back in person ti this particular location.

I caved in and decided to order via DoorDash and received an incorrect order once again. The wings were not well done; they came out rubbery. I did not receive my ranch, napkins, or my brownie. Whoever is in charge of running this location, please take more time to train your staff to pay more attention to what they are doing. I will definitely be on the look out for a BETTER wing spot.

I would have given the full 5 stars but the location is what lowered my rating. The parking is small and locate din a plaza so sorta hard to find parking. Besides the parking, this place gets really busy. Always a line and small wait for your food. Luckily, you can order online which is what we did and it was flawless. We stood in line for a few minutes and once we got to the register, our food was already there. We ordered the Mild, Garlic Parmesan, and Lemon Pepper wings (10 each). They were delicious and would love to try other wings in the future.

Amazing service and will always come to this location because the young staff seem to have fun while making some money

Sorry but the service here is horrible. I ordered through there website to this specific location and They have a new "policy" that if pretty much the order looks fraudulent they have to cancel it and instead of calling the customer to even try to confirm or let them know they just pretty much tell you. You have to deal with it and order again yet they already take the funds out of your account as pending and the funds won't get put back into the account for up to about 5 business days it is ridiculous I understand you are trying to prevent fraud but for someone who tried ordering some food for her family on a Sunday night and knowing I have to go a different route is very inconvenient. I always ordered through the website and never had an issue. Never again.

This place is disgusting! Absolutely unacceptable! My 3 piece expensive chicken tenders were ridiculously tiny. A 2 inch tender? Really??? If this is the type of tender I wanted, I could have gone to McDonald's and spent 2 dollars. Brian the manager was useless. He wanted me to drive back to the store to return these crusty tenders for the refund? What about the inconvenience? What about my wasted gas? Do you think I am going to leave my house at 10 pm to get a refund in person ?Whoever made these tenders really needs to put more care into their work. Stop giving customers who are using their hard earned money left over meat !!I will file a formal complAint with corporate tomorrow.
