Good boba and yogurt when youre at this mall. Brenda and lauren were super nice and helpful. I don't understand how this place has 3 stars. Def a 5 star experience! I'll be coming back every time I go to this mall.

The yogurt was very creamy and delicious. Friendly service and very clean. It gets a little crowded but I can see why because it's very good

As a man, what do you do when your g/f has drug you to the mall and you're stuck there, in teeny-bopper hell, for four hours? Considering there is no safe haven for men stuck in the bowels of the Lakewood mall for four hours (the gadgets at Radio Shack loses its luster after about 20 minutes), a man needs to find something to keep from going absolutely f'ing INSANE.. And considering there is no safe haven like the "man-section" (where there are lots of flat screen TV's featuring a variety of sports shows, beer, loud music, and women servng the beer in lingerie (my happy place), a man needs to find SOMETHING to do. In comes Wildberry. Yes, it's no "happy place" that I described above, but let's be honest: Lakewood Mall is the epitome of Americana.....endless cheap accessory shops, Auntie Ann's pretzel stands, fashion stores catering to "large women and the styles they love", ugh............something all of us MEN can do without. Having the sweet tooth that I do, I found myself looking to fill the anxiety I frequently experience at malls with one thing: FRO YO. This place is nearly identical to the other self-serve Fro Yo places (Yogurtland, Tutti Fruitti) -- and sells fro yo for 35 cents an ounce. There are more than enough flavors to fit your needs. Normally, I'd give the fro yo a 3 star rating. It's good. But considering that they don't completely scalp you on food prices (like other food places at the mall) -- I'll bump up to 4 stars. I got me a nice cup of fro yo and toppings for $2.75. Walking around the mall watching all the teeny boppers texting on their cell phones....I figured you know what: I sure am glad I ain't a teenager any more! Wildberry -- keep the fro yo flowing. Should I get dragged back to this capital of crass consumerism in the epitome of suburbia (Lakewood, CA), I will come back to your frozen arms to drown myself in 15 minutes of sweet fro yo loving. Peace out.

I'm a big fan of frozen yogurt and of the Lakewood Mall, but have never tried this place which has been here for years. It looks like YogurtLand with the same self-serve thing and plenty of toppings. But the samples are not self-serve which was odd to me.I tried 4 flavors (chocolate, mango, melon & strawberry) and they all had the same slight after taste. Not bad just noticeable so I went ahead and got a cup of strawberry and covered it with fruit toppings. They were fresh but not super flavorful. The texture was soft like soft serve ice-cream which is fine if that's how you like your frozen yogurt. I don't but that doesn't make it bad.The best thing was the service, it was crowded but they were friendly and helpful even recommending toppings. It's cheaper than YogurtLand, which is across the street, but not quite as good so, you know.

Awesome teas! Good yogurt, love their Chamango, favorite teas are the classic, milk tea and pomegranate; Can't wait to try others but I'm stuck on those two. Oh, best milk tea that I've tried!

the lady that works there was very rude. i was with my little girl and we had gotten some ice cream. we went to go pay and the lady that worked there was being rude she snatched my icecream from my hand. and also i had asked the worker if i could sit down in a seat because it was blocked and my little girl had already sat down and she was being rude and said "well your daughter is already sitting there" with such an attitude . im definitely not coming back. she should smile more and be more professional i work many hours and i still have a smile on my face . do better !

Bad customer service. If the floor is wet put up a sign don't assume cause the chairs are blocking people will automatically know floor is wet especially when is during almost closing time and then make a comment about it.

I think it's safe to say they stole from me. I like this milk tea but if they won't fill it up to the top that's just messed up. You pay full price for this. No no do better.
