Eddie was super welcoming and friendly. The food was warm and fresh, excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back !!

I love most of the workers here as they are hard and patient workers. However, the older gentlemen is extremely rude and is someone I am assuming to be the manager/shift leader.Food quality could be a lot better. For instance, I would prefer my chicken sandwich to have most of the items between the buns and not the wrappers.

The worst customer service I've ever seen! The cashier is running food to patrons outside, tells me give me one minute, comes back and completely ignores me and goes back to tending the fryer! This place has THE WORST!!!! Customer service! Apparently the drive through is more important than taking care of guests at the counter! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I'm on my way to McD's!

Worst customer service. Both ladies in charge of the drive thru had bad attitudes, they mumbled when they talked and both do not know how to smile, say thank you or say good bye. The 2 ladies worked on 11-5-2024 @ 8:45pm both ladies were Latinas. I hope the manager finds out who was helping me and coaches them. If you don't like your job ladies quit! Im sure there are plenty of people who would love to work.

Had the displeasure of being served by Xochitl today. She asked for payment then disappeared and came back asking are u ready now? Gave her payment n got more attitude. She handed me drink n two frostys in the carrier and the drink fell out on th ground n sprayed soda on my freshly washed car. Not an apology and glared at me like it was my fault. Def wont be coming here for crabby patty again

I ordered a #7 double. It was the freshest burger combo I can remember having! There's something to be said about a burger that you get a bite of every layer at same time and when that pickle hit! Yum!

Been to this exact location a few hundred times since I was in college quite a few years ago, and don't really have any complaints - food is always fresh and super hot

This place is amazing. Let's start with the food. The foods obviously like a normal Wendy's but I feel like it's always a bit crispier and fresher than other Wendy's. The customer service is also on another level. They're so nice and respectful. Especially Walter. Me, my dad, and my older brother come here a lot and whenever he's here, he's so nice and just such a good dude. 5/5 stars instantly.

Only offered vanilla and pineapple frosty.... I was devastated at the loss of chocolate frosty... devastated. Years of childhood memories going to get a frosty - gone. Goodbye Wendy's. I hope this is the only one that does that- fingers crossed
