Watercraft Market + Lounge

Perfectly ok place to get breakfast when you're staying at the hotel. I enjoyed the green juice, and the spicy salsa that came with the breakfast burrito was a standout.

I stopped in this market after arriving to the Hyatt and in search of lunch food. The market wasn't making food to order around 1:30p on a Monday, so I opted for a pre-made sandwich. No staff could be found, but lots of noises could be heard from the back. My party ended up sitting down to start eating while we waited for a staff to show up so we could pay. The staff was really friendly, though disappeared again when another customer tried to come in and buy something. They are definitely losing business not keeping the register staffed. My turkey sandwich was dry and not something I would return to eat. The market itself has quite a bit of seating and is well decorated. It looked like they have a great selection of coffee drinks to order. I'd prefer to try something made to order versus pre-done if I return.

Where do I start, from the moment we walked in, Richard was the first one to greet us with the upmost hospitality. While his expertise and charisma behind the bar left me with a 5 star review. The stock of liquor was lacking. Multiple wines and liquor were not in stock.I don't know if this is lacking in management but the quality of demand of liquor is needed to maintain the sales and love for bartenders for Richard and Leslie who are AMAZING employees. Ordering needs to be addressed. Make sure you stock your employees with liquors and merchandise in order to lead your business and employees to success. Employment is incredible! They just need better resources to succeed. Still a great atmosphere and experience overall nonetheless!

Croissant breakfast sandwich was delicious! Tasted fresh with bits of crisp bell peppers in the eggs. Cheese danish was stale, would skip that. Watercraft has it's own entrance, but also serves as the connection Hyatt Centric's hotel restaurant.

Very disappointed by the service here at the water craft market Lounge. I had to ask twice for a wet towel to wipe the table down for myself. While we were eating, one of the two workers actually went and took a break. I'm not sure whose job it is to clear the tables but it's apparently not theirs.

Richard was an amazing bartender. Was really helpful picking out dinner and kept me company when my wife was at a banquet. Beer selection was meh but probably just out at the time I was there. Richard talked me out of getting Dave's chicken but it's fine because he gave me great advice on dinner. Leslie was really nice and helped me pick out some snacks for my room.

There should be a sign posted that says patrons need their ID to order alcohol. It's such a HUGE inconvenience for guests.As far as the food, I suggest ordering something basic. The buffalo wings were a joke; 8 small overcooked wings for $12. I ordered the 2 eggs over medium with crispy bacon. I received eggs over easy with barely cooked bacon.

I just walked in and came right out. I'll be coming here to get on my laptop and chill! I stayed at this hotel for $300 one night by myself lol and I enjoyed every last bit of it. The showers are super nice and the room was clean as hell. They are a bit bouje here tho. Otherwise you can go chill inside! They do have a gym and pool for guests which I didn't take advantage of! I should had. Anyways I see diversity here.

Great food and service!Patricia and Jamie both did amazing job....My family and I enjoyed hot breakfast here.Delicious buttermilk pancake with berries.Scrambled and chicken Sausage... fresh baked pastries and coffee... awesome!

Tasty coffee and quick breakfast. Chia seed overnight oats was yummy. We took a to go breakfast and ate on the walk to the ferry!
