Wakishi Ramen

Ordering online was a very simple process and straightforward (order, check pickup time, pick up at location). When I picked up the order A friendly fellow named San handed me my order. Food came out hot and the Karage crispy. Even with take home time, the broth was still warm. I had the opportunity to try the black garlic and spicy miso and both came with Chashu, egg, bamboo shoots and wood ear mushroom for texture and bean sprouts and green onion to round out the richness of the broths. The broth was very deep in flavors and using pork and chicken as a base is a delicious idea. I don't normally go out and order Ramen or soups of any kind to go, but I would like to try their soybean broth for their veggie and shoyu broths. Great "Pop up" ramen experience!Would recommend!

I ordered Build your ramen a tonkotsu ramen with pork chashu. The soup base is delicious and not too oily. They served takeout and online orders only. Wait time for takeout wasn't too bad and very good prices in this area. Would return again.

Great take out ramen, order was ready on time, and hot and fresh. We had miso, tonkatsu, and black garlic ramen, and they were all equally flavorful. Their chashu pork is seasoned very well, and when you order spicy, they make it spicy! San was very friendly. Absolutely would make the trip again!

Great Tonkatsu Ramen! Would definitely recommend! Best Ramen we've had since visiting Japan, will definitely be ordering from Wakishi often!
