So good. Go make a reservation! You have an option of the $70 Butcher's Omakase or the $50 Tenma Omakase. Either way, you can't go wrong. You can also order additional items if you so wish. This was a fun and tasty experience. Diners are seated at a long C- shaped counter. I was fortunate enough to be seated in front of the butcher and was able to watch his deft and dexterous knife skills. It was fascinating to say the least. The wait staff were friendly and allowed us to enjoy our meal. Everything was delicious. But if I had to pick, my favorite cuts were the tongue, intestine, short rib and Wagyu. We also ordered thick cut tongue ( Oh my! I seriously considered ordering another one!) and liver sashimi. I like liver and I didn't know what to expect. It tastes like liver but also didn't quite taste like liver. This is a repeat for me!Their website will lead you to the Tock platform. Seating times are 5 and 7:30. I was able to make reservations for 4 people. There should be ample parking at this strip mall. Enjoy!

This was a great and unforgettable experience. Me and my friend chose the $70 Omakase course. I wish I had taken some pictures but all of the food was presented beautifully and paired with delicious sauces and side dishes. Our server (Hiroto) was extremely attentive and friendly, in addition to the other kitchen staff who strived to provide us with amazing service. Their drink menu is also amazing and everything we ordered was refreshing! We ordered the highball, Calpico chuhai, and Kubota sake. The Kubota sake in particular was smooth and refreshing to drink. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family.

I saw a review on Infatuation LA and since I'm a local, I called my friend to check it out. This is a Japanese BBQ omakase experience. They have two seatings a night and two set menus. You can add on to the menu with some a la carte items but you can't go a la carte on your own. It's $50 or $70. We went for the $70 menu. Neither of us wanted intestine so they subbed it out with some inside skirt steak. During the meal, you would see the open kitchen and the "butcher" prepping the servings of meat for all the guests. You cook it yourself. Each meat serving was maybe 1-2 ounces. We were stuffed. Standout dishes would be the salad (I know, huh?), outside skirt steak, the A5 Wagyu, and the rice bowl. My friend also ordered the ponzu tendon which he thought was great. He forced me to try it and let's just say I'm still not a tendon fan. More for him. It's bar seating and the bar wraps around the kitchen. Overall, I'd go back. It was a nice experience. The service was friendly. Food was good.

Date of service 2/19/25. A different JBBQ experience. Smaller, more controlled portions. High quality meat. Counter seating only. Reservation required. We went with the Butcher's omakase and added the Mountain Tripe. It was all so good I'm salivating thinking about this place again Service was great and friendly. Turned out the butcher came from the same district in Osaka as my husband, small world. Definitely will return!

This was an amazing experience. You can tell this place is all about interaction as well as immaculate taste. Everyone was super friendly and our server led us in the right direction as was just fantastic. I felt this place was perfect for both seasoned foodies and those new to Japanese BBQ. The chefs' passion, attention to detail, and love for their craft was evident in every bite we took. I mean the A5 Wagyu was just incredible, the rice porridge perfect for a cold, rainy day, the inside and outside skirt steaks tender. I fell in love with the yuzu topping and had to put it on everything. One tip, they give great little pickled bites, salad etc. prior but if you are not careful you will get full quick. So just be mindful as the you don't want to miss any meat!!!

Came here by reservation on their grand opening month. Fantastic prices for the quality of meat you get. Private lot, ample space. Their concept is omakase sushi style but Japanese bbq meat. Each meat ordered a la carte comes with two slices so you can try all the variety they offer. All the meats were prepared by the main chef at the front. Each was prepared carefully and with intention. Highlights: The intestine was a bit crunchy and usually hard to eat, but the way they sliced partially into the meat made it way easier to chew and enjoy. Beef tongue was tender and delish. Just missed the negi combo. Kalibi was super fatty and filling. A5 wagyu was melt in your mouth delicious, the fat was sweet. Wagyu actually from Japan hits different for sure. Their curry rice is tomato based, very refreshing but also lots of umami from the great meats they use with a nice kick Already looking forward to coming back. It's just far with traffic so hoping they open earlier.

We had a really great experience at Wagyu Butler on a Saturday night. We had made a reservation for a party of three on Saturday for 5 PM. It was a full house at that time slot so be sure to make a reservation. Everyone showed up on time as well. The seating is bar seating surrounding an open kitchen where you can see the staff butchering meat and cooking. I really enjoyed watching them butcher the huge hunks of meat. We decide to order the $70 omakase. The sides and meat were all really yummy. I found all the side dishes well-seasoned. For the meat, the waiter explained the meat and offered to help us cook it if we wanted. Some of the meats came with different sauces to dip. Everything was delicious and we left very full and happy. I can't wait to come back. This is a great addition to the area and wish them success.

New jbbq spot in Torrance--it's actually an omakase set up. I highly recommend if you like quality jbbq!+located in same plaza as drive-thru Starbucks on Artesia and Van Ness. It's located right next to a UPS store and there's plenty of parking space within the plaza.+I luckily snagged their grand opening special of $50/person but their omakase will be priced at $70/person starting December, which is still an amazing deal. +from Mon-Thurs, you can reserve either 5pm or 7:30pm slot and from Fri-Sat, you can book 4, 6 or 8:30pm. On phone you can book for 1 person or more but if you book through Tock, you can reserve only 2-4 parties. +their entire menu from start to finish was sooooooo good!! Their kimchi included okra and Japanese mountain yam, which is unique but they were sooooo delicious! If you don't mind slimy food, you'll like these kimchi. The quality of meat were superb and I enjoyed everything served but my personal favorites were: yukke, tongue, hanging tender, short ribs, and today's Wagyu. +you can order other cuts of meat as a la carte/add on. The set menu will make you satisfied but if you're a bug eater like me, you might want to add couple more items.+you can buy drinks for your server/meat preparer if you'd like! They'll drink with you.+don't go to the restaurant too early. My reservation was at 5pm and their door was open but they asked my party to wait outside until they're fully open at 5pm.-wagyu butcher is already super popular and I could not book a weekend reservation for the grand opening special so I had to book it on Monday at 5pm. I would imagine it'll just keep getting more difficult to snag a reservation as they gain popularity. The one cut I thought that was just okay was the cheek. It's part of the set menu so I can't remove it but this one is definitely forgettable.

Amazing food! We happened to snag their $50 omakase opening special and it was everything I hoped for and more! They offered amazing 4 types of appetizersEverything delicious I was surprise to see my son eat them all too! Today's kimchee and today's namuru was amazing! I would eat a whole bowl of those. They also used quail egg on the yukke to give it a lighter flavor. Delicious 7 types of meatThey said that all on the menu is exactly how they would serve it.Which means everything is served for 1 person. If tongue is $7 on the menu, you will get 2 slices of tongue for that priceConsidering that, the omakase was a steal!!!They gave you sauce that fits the meat. The sauce they gave for the A12 was amazing daikon and ponzu base. The tongue was lemon. Intestines had a special spicy sauce. The other meat having their house sauce.By the time I got to the rice, I was too full to eat their curry but it was tomato based and delicious. The matcha tiramisu also delicious.I wish the business success!!They said they will offer this omakase special until December so get your ressies in NOW
