The food was good, price was reasonable. The service was good, and the ambiance is just ok.

First time here so didn't really know what the menu was like.It's basically a teriyaki bowl place. I don't know the difference between the bowls and the plates. Because they both come with meat / rice. I just know the plate comes with a side salad. Are the portions the same?Anyway I got the white rice bowl with chicken with the standard waba sauce. And a order of dumplings. The service was professional. Food came out pretty quick.Everything was good, moist delicious chicken, on perfectly cooked white rice. I did get 1 of each of their sauces to try. They were all spicy. The chili sauce for the wontons was not that hot and was a little sweet, I liked it a lot. My favorite sauce was the Garlic Serrano sauce. Spicy but good.The only thing that bothered me is that they were out of green onion and for me I love a lot of green onion on my teriyaki bowls and sesame seeds. I think they need to keep eye on their stock because from some people green onion is a must. Also the portion sizes was a bit small. I will see if they can add extra meat or something because they didn't really "fill" the bowl with that much rice and it's a small amount of chicken. But they did not mind giving us as much sauce as we wanted, which was cool.

Don't often leave reviews on fast food places, but this one was certainly great considering how secluded it is. Workers are great, Emilio I think was his name was very kind and helpful when taking my order. I've been here a few times before and every time the workers and food has been great. Place is very clean and food is delicious! Always a great option when I don't feel like cooking.

This place advertises about being one of the healthier fast foods out there. They share how their food offers low carbs and high proteins. I think they live up to that based off their menu, but they have very few options. It's like you can order their chicken, beef or both. They have a few other options, but this seems to be their main source of protein.Wanted to try everything WaBa Grill had to offer, so I tried to the WaBa plate and some dumplings. The WaBa plate is like their chicken and beef combo plate with a side of salad and a fruit. Everything was simply seasoned and tasted very good. Their brown rice was actually cooked unlike some restaurants I've been to. The salad had a simple vinaigrette. My review would've been a 4 star even with their limited options, but the chef managed to burn 2 out of 5 dumplings. I feel uncomfortable giving this place 4 stars because the quality of their food may be inconsistent based off my experience.

I eat from this location pretty often now and I think this maybe be the best waba grill in town. The customer service is always great. Its very tidy and clean, although small. One of the employees, Jessica has helped me a few times and she amazing every time. She prepared my food with care and is very generous with the portions.

Lock your front door and put up the chairs if you're closed. Your hours aren't listed on your storefront. Very unprofessional.

This location is a mess. We would do our office lunches from them and today was our final straw. They forgot literally 1/2 the order and the avocado that they charged us more for. No sauces, no napkins, no utensils (when I specially asked for some when placing my delivery order). We just got some bowls of rice with a little chicken. I followed up with the store twice and the manager was "too busy to help" and would call me back. hours later and no call. smh. Try Golden Bowl down road. WAY bigger portions, same price and much more consistent.

Very slow service. Frustrating that there is no sense of urgency, esp during a lunch rush

Emiliano is very kind and helpful! He gave us great recommendations on what to order, the food was so good. I will definitely be returning to this WaBa Grill. Excellent customer service.

Our order was incomplete. Called the store directly to let them know. They basically told me since I ordered from Door Dash, they were not culpable, and I have to take my grievance with Door Dash. Ridiculous. Will not order from Waba Grill again.
