Just tried the trio tacos. I had the Plant spired steak. it was so good. everything was just right. Cannot order just one taco bc that's not how the plant steak is sold. I was forced to get the three tacos, oh gollyIt was all so good and flavorful with a finely shredded slaw that compliments the Smokey flavor of the PB steak

I love waba, but ARACELI G has the worst attitude. She was being so smart with me and I had such an uncomfortable experience with the service provided. And she didn't even give me my cookie that I ordered, after having slammed the window.

It's 8:46, I walk in and the lady sweeping the floor says "I'm not sure if we're still open" I go to the counter to try an order 4 meals of just chicken, steak, brown rice and veggies. The lady behind the counter says they only have chicken and white rice available and nothing else. No veggies or steak or brown rice. It's 14min before closing time on a Friday night. How do I not get the same service as someone gets 14min after opening? Nice waba. Lost a $45-50 order.

The food prep here and quantity is poor.This is not the same as the other location at the LBX location.

All businesses need support during this time and chain restaurants are no exception. I eat from this location regularly as the food is fresh, healthy, customizable and always consistent. I always order a plate meal with brown rice and veggies (usually broccoli as I like how they cook it). It's hard to tell how busy they are as we can only do take out right now. They have really implemented the requirements for a clean location, space and everything being marked appropriately.Support local! Eat healthy!

I should've checked reviews before coming here, i paid 25 for a "family portion" of the plant based meat and they completely jipped me, I'll add pictures so you can see how much rice i could fit in when i moved over the steak... not worth the price at all. I didn't even see the guy clean the grill in between.. so disappointed. Never coming here again.

I ate lunch at this location today about 2pm being served by Dora.I ordered the shrimp trio tacos which were ok but small potions.My drink was a large tai tea which tasted decent.My problem is the filled my drink with ice covering about 90% of the cup.I complained to Dora who stated "this is how we do them".I said this is wrong and I won't be back.I work within a half mile and we have 135 employees.Everyone will know now,goodbye!

If I could give this a zero.. I WOULD . Elizabeth needs to be trained again. or better yet fired. Customer service is very unprofessional. Very rude to customers. & ignores customers whenever they need assistance. & very unsanitary. she didn't have her hair up & would grab change from the box & wouldn't care to wash her hands. This is unacceptable behavior. She looks miserable doing her job. Other employees are very friendly & awesome! She should learn from them.

Rude. Wanted to use the bathroom before ordering and was denied. So I ate elsewhere. You don't get my money. Lol

Literally getting worse every time. Not blaming the staff as there was only 2 workers one cooking one taking orders and putting them together. I got there cause my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn't. Waited at least 10 mins for it and they got my order wrong. Waba grill you need to do better get more staff instead of over working the 2 good ones you have.
