This charming small business offers delicious food at fair prices. Sushi rolls range from $6 to $17. We ordered a Bento Box, Spicy California Roll, and Firecracker Roll. Everything tasted amazing . The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. The employee--who I believe is the owner--was friendly, and her traditional Japanese outfit was cute. I'll be coming back! They offer great deals, including: any rolls buy one get one 50% off (Take-out only), two California Rolls for $9.50, as well as lunch specials and bento boxes. There is plenty of parking here.

After my husband and I picked up orders from Yoshinoya, we noticed a restaurant across the Beach Boulevard advertising takeout deals: two Teriyaki Chicken Bowls for $13, two California Rolls for $9.50, and a buy-one-get-one-50%-off deal on any rolls. So we decided to swing by and grab some Teriyaki Chicken Bowls to go a week later. When we walked in, there was an Asian auntie and a young staff behind the counter. As we ordered, we got to chatting, and the auntie told us that she used to own a restaurant in Buena Park for 18 years before moving to Stanton in this location 7 years ago. (She might be the owner but I'm not 100% sure) She proudly assured us that everything the restaurant served is fresh and delicious. Just by looking at the neatly arranged ingredients at the sushi bar section, I could already tell this place is good.We ordered the takeout special: two Teriyaki Chicken Bowls for $13. It was such a great deal, and they were indeed very delicious. The chicken was tender, and the sauce had a refreshing hint of lemon. The bowls came with two slices of carrot, cabbage, and broccoli, along with a perfectly portioned amount of rice. Just as the auntie guaranteed , it was tasty and worth every penny. (If you dine in, there's no discount. These deals are only for takeout.)The menu offers a lot of variety. The lunch specials (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) seem like a steal. Buy one roll, get 50% off second roll. Such a good deal - To Go only.The fish here is so very fresh. Giant pieces served for the nigiri sushi. Plus they threw in an extra piece each of the Tuna and Salmon. We also ordered the Dragon roll and Snake roll. Dragon roll has shrimp tempura and unagi. Snake roll has spicy tuna and unagi on a California roll. Every roll we've tried so far has been delicious and fresh. Service is very friendly and kind. This is definitely our Go To spot for sushi!

Great buy one get one 50% off deal on takeout. I always get the Philly rolls and the Hawaiian roll. I don't like spicy. Great customer service too!

A friend mentioned this place, knowing I'd like it. And, I did!Whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant for the first time, I order a bento box to give me an overall feel for the place and its cuisine. My only disappointment was the salmon teriyaki. It was, by far, the thinnest piece of fish I had ever encountered. (How do they slice it so thin?) Everything else was great. The shrimp crunch roll was a large portion, and clearly freshly made. The tempura was perfect; three pieces of shrimp, along with a good selection of vegetables which were lightly-fried.The best part of my experience was the very friendly service. Also enjoyed the background music. Not sure of the mix, but it was fun! Recommended.

We had a feast! What a delightful presentation for each roll we got. We basically ordered almost every roll they have.The Azteca was a great new way to have mango, cilantro, jalapeños, and crab meat. The Cali tempura roll was delicious and super fresh yet super crunchy. The Crunchy shrimp roll was so fresh and the shrimp was crispy. I can go on and on with their rolls just to say that same thing: they are so fresh, delicious, and the portions are quite large.We did ordered to-go, and because of the large order the guy gave us a mixed tempura which was amazing. Definitely something to try/get next time. They staff was so nice. The place is small but has a great environment to walk into, maybe next time we'll try to eat there and enjoy everything right after being made.Mist definitely will be coming back.

Karaage and roll, I love coming to this place, service is great the staff is awesome , it is very clean and I honestly have nothing bad to say.

I recently discovered this place and I can't wait to come! The service is fast and attentive. I ordered the baked scallop roll and it was delicious and filling. Next time I want to stop by for sushi with a Kirin beer! The interior decor is pretty cool too.

Cute little mom and pop restaurant. We went there for a family dinner. The place is small, so seating is limited. Service was good, owner and staff were very friendly. The fish was fresh, and presentation was on point. The chef even created a cute presentation of oranges for our dessert.
