Victoria's Mexican Grill

We have been coming here for a few months now.. and I have tried everything on the menu... Everything is delicious.. I'm not a picky eater but I will always call it if a place is lacking in something I love the food.. the atmosphere.. the staff.. they serve perfect portions. I usually need to take my meal home and enjoy it as a late night snack..I HIGHLY recommend this place.. they are open everyday!Perfect weather for their chicken tortilla soup!! Which is amazing!

No one picks up the phone when you call even when the place is empty. The chips taste like old oil this time and had no salt-this is my third time there. The worker who barely spoke English shoved the tip jar in front of me for a TO GO order. Tipping is always optional and not really on to go orders. That was highly unprofessional-also the automated tip thing on the credit card machine over charges you and does NOT compute the proper 15 or 20% on the base but does it w the tax. I like the food but have decided I won't go back due to the phone and tip jar thing . I will also share my experience as it really upset me.

Terrible customer service. If you go for breakfast don't expect for them to have coffee. The server said the coffee was still brewing. When the food came I requested for coffee he said it was still brewing. Then confused that the machine broke. Never coming here again.

This restaurant is exactly what we need in SP . Friendly environment and just great food" . Definitely I totally recommend. Bravo chefs..!!

Great meal and service on a Monday night! Absolutely loved the chicken fajitas! Inhaled-inhaling that smoking goodness was the best!

I love to support new local restaurants so a friend and I decided to give Victoria's a try for lunch. Entered the restaurant with no greeting. Surveyed the dining room for a booth but the only one "open" had not been cleared from prior guests so we sat at a table. Took a minute for our server to greet us and bring menus. They seem to have a nice variety of choices, even breakfast items! When I try a new Mexican restaurant I go to my standard taco/enchilada combo. Menu states choice of meats but nowhere on the menu could I find what those choices are! When the waitress came back we had to ask her for the choices. Ordered asada crispy taco and chicken enchilada with rice and pinto beans. Pinto beans were very spicy and very runny and didn't eat much of them. The rice had no flavor. Ordered the chicken enchilada with the green (mild) sauce and was still a little too spicy for my taste, asada taco was just ok not much flavor in the meat. Combo was $14.95 reasonable price. Chips served were the best part of the meal, fresh and lightly salted- again the salsa was too spicy for our taste. Later that evening both of us had heartburn. Glad we tried it but both of us determined we would not go back.

I ordered the chicken Caesar salad. What I received was old, wilted and brown lettuce, dressing did not taste like Caesar dressing and it was topped by what looked like the Parmesan cheese in the green can. The chicken was not too bad but had no flavor. I brought the brown lettuce up to the waiter but he just shrugged his shoulders. If this is a family owned business, they need to do better.

Three of us enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious. We all ordered tacos and the flavor was so authentic Mexico! The salsa was amazing too! This place is new and well appointed with booths as well as tables. It's family owned and operated and obvious that they spent a lot of time and money making it nice. The servers are friendly and refreshing. It was a delightful experience that will bring us back for more.

food and service was amazing!!! the owner carlos takes great care of his restaurant and it shows in the atmosphere and food. prices are also great ! will be back :)

How is a customer going to be heard "understood" if the worker helping doesn't know English? The inside is really nice. The chicken had good flavor, but the rest of the food didn't feel fresh and was served a bit too cold. One and done, the service and quality is not worth my money.
