Valuetina's Pizza

Wow. This little hole in the wall has some amazing pizza. The first time I came, I came a bit too late because the time listed on Yelp was wrong and it made me even more determined to come back. My group of 5 came hungry and ready to eat. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 10 piece wings, and the garlic cheese bread. They gave us garlic twists in the house!We came close to the closing time so they already had all of the chairs and tables cleaned up on the floor but we were so hungry we decided to open up the spread on my trunk and dig in right there. Meat lover pizza (5/5): came with pepperoni, ham, sausage, and bacon from what I could tell. Toppings were good, crust was good. Veggie pizza (5/5): I don't remember when the last time I had a full on veggie pizza was, but a few pizza in our group wanted it and why not? The pizza was loaded with mushrooms, red onion, olives, and green bell pepper and it was really good!10 piece wings (5/5): we ordered the wings because you always have to order pizzeria wings! With the 10 piece, you could choose 2 flavors so we chose the buffalo mild and the mango habanero. The buffalo mild was exactly what you'd expect a good buffalo sauce to taste like: tangy, spicy, buttery. I would try the hot next time! The mango habanero was more fruity tasting than wingstop's and what I appreciated about it was that it wasn't a goopy consistency. It was a nice glaze over the wings and it wasn't too much at all. Ranch was typical baseline ranch. Garlic cheese bread (5/5): our group didn't realize the bread was going to be the size of a whole pizza! It was garlicky and marinara was great. Would rate it a 4/5 but price bumps it up. Garlic twists (3.5/5): it was good and free, but I didn't really get that much of a wow compared to the rest of the food. Definitely appreciated it though :)

Pizza fire.Customer service fire.Every party we have we only order from here and there's never any left at the end of the night but no complaints here it's just that good.Love it!

Tried it a couple times. Pizza is mid. Not bad but not grest. Crust and sauce seems premade. Toppings are ok.

Happened to stopped by since. Was craving for pizza and want to try new place and they do sell single slice. 1st, the service is slooow, took 20mins for me to order since she was in the phone for an order, then took another 15mins to get 2 slices of pizza and a drinks. For the cost and the wait, I could have order 4 Burger King combo (right in-front of the store) and would have finished them all (alright, 3/4 of it). The pizza is aok, nothing special so yea...I moved on.

First time trying their pizza and it was delicious! Also The wings were nice and crispy. Would most definitely be back and ordering from them again!

Their Pizza has Always been good every time. I would drive out of Costa Mesa to get their pizza. I have been a dedicated customer since I was a teenager back in 1996. I highly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. Prices are reasonable and the food is great quality. This is not a dinning location if some are curious. It's take out or delivery only. But definitely worth the time. Thank you for all you guys have done, Valuetina's. Keep it going.

First off, I've been eating here for over 8 years and after today, I'm done. I ordered a medium pizza with extra cheese, mushrooms and pepperoni. Almost 15 minutes went by and a worker walks up to the counter hesitates then says " oh, it's supposed to have extra cheese. So I wait another 15 minutes and I walk up and ask for my pizza order. The guy asks me again what I ordered. I tell him and he grabs it and has me look at it to give it the OK. First, it has a single ring of pepperoni and I can see about 7 or 8 mushrooms. WTF!?! He says "looks good ya!?!" Are you kidding me!!!! I'm out!!! I'm going to Marri's in LB!!!

We've been ordering from Valuetina's for over 10 years now and still love their pizzas. It's consistently good with good ingredients. You can tell they use good cheese! I started to love them even more when a friend of mine who use to own a pizza shop commented how good their pizzas were. Their prices are also very reasonable!

The last two times I've been overcharged for my food and had to go back and get money back.The first time I ordered two large pizzas and my husband came home with two medium pizzas and charged for larges. Today I got their 2 medium 1 topping special and was overcharged $5. Super bummed because I love their pizza, but I'm tired of having to double check my receipt every time and go back because of discrepancies.

This has been our neighborhood pizza place for around 10years, however, the toppings have gotten skimpier & skimpier & competition has opened up all over. I had just started ordering extra toppings, but the last time I ordered pizza, the delivery person walked off with $10 as their tip, never bothering to see if I wanted change & not even leaving any parm or red pepper flakes. Not sure why they felt they deserved to just take a $10 tip for themselves, but that was the last time I order from this local pizzeria.
