Good service, but the food was not as good. They served us old yellow rice and that was already a bad start. Nothing will taste good if you eat it with rice that sat in the warmer for too long. Old rice gives off a certain type of odor. The machu kreung soup at that point was just okay. The meat was a bit chewy and tough. The intestines were so tough and tasted old (as can see in pic), but we were hungry and we didn't want to waste food so we finished it. Definitely not worth my visit and my money. Such a disappointment because we drove from San Diego to catch a flight back home in LA and this place was our stop for dinner.

Came here after my cruise trip and I was craving asian food ! Restaurant was empty it was just the worker and my family , tables and floors were clean but once I went into the bathroom it smelled unpleasant so I didn't use it... The server was very nice loved speaking Khmer with her. The egg rolls and papaya were decent and the nom boa were cold so I didn't enjoy it :(

Love coming here for noodles and their Famous Roasted Duck. With today's weather, cloudy, chili, and extraordinary. Had to stop by and get that famous delicious hot noodles. Just like any other day, their customers' service is superior. Great hospitality and welcoming greetings upon entering. Want to say thank you for the great experience coming here. You made it very comfortable and so welcoming coming here over and over again. Great music, atmosphere, and vibe are superb. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my waysof describing things don't please you. Take a lookat some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are,Drink:1. Durian Smoothie Durian fruit are sweet, custardy taste, with the texture of creamy cheesecake.2. Thai Iced TeaThis brew is then sweetened with sugar and sweetened condensed milk and served over ice.Main:1. PHNOM PENH NOODLEHouse special duck noodle. Garnished with bean sprouts, fried garlic, cilantro, and scallions. Popular with large egg noodles and soup on the side.2. MONOROM NOODLE House special noodle soup prepared with shrimp and meatballs. Garnished with bean sprouts, fried garlic, cilantro, and scallions. The richness flavor broth brings out the best in noodles. The combined flavor of veggies and sauce mixes in the soup came to perfection. It's made to order, so you know you are getting a hot soup. It is very delicious and satisfying. The drink definitely cools it down, so freshing, I thought I was eating the fruit itself. Yummy in my tummy. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience.P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

I've never had Cambodian food before because the inland empire doesn't have any Cambodian restaurants. Since I was in the area waiting for my friend to get off, I had to snag the chance to finally try which is why I ordered a feast for myself.I've always wanted to try prahok ktiss and I wasn't sure how to eat it, so I asked the waitress. She was super helpful and let me know which condiments taste best with my chosen food and recommended eating the prahok ktiss with rice (and she was right tasted so good with it). The khmer noodle had plenty of veggies which I loved. I wish this place was closer so I could try the whole menu.

Was here on 4/13/2024 for a private New year celebration . By far this is my favorite band performance, my friends who are not Khmer love the vibe and singers of the group . Our most memorable songs were performed by Amatak , he has a rock in roll soul voice . His energy to get the crowd up from their seats to dance . The dance floor was filled with people moving to the beats. Food was a set menu 6 course meal . Consists of rice and salaw machu kreung ( Cambodian lemongrass paste sour soup ) fried quail, beef salad and crispy noodle seafood salad and fruits platter , assorted cold cuts . I spoke with Adam the Owner months before about bringing in our personal liquor , he waved our corkage fee if we brought in our own disposable cups , a fee applies if the use of their cups . Which is very understandable their staff has to wash the cups . ( make sure to call ahead if this rules is still in affect ) My only gripe here is the ladies restroom needs attention . Paper towels strewn on the floor due to the trash can over flowing . Other than that the lady owner was friendly and the servers were efficient with refills on ice bowls , food was delicious too.

Large selection of Cambodian cuisine in a large, spacious, ballroom, right in the middle of Cambodia Town in Long Beach. Probably better to go when busy so the quality/quantity of food is at peak.Came a bit after opening at 10;15 on a Sunday. It is located in a strip mall with a lot of parking spots, but it was full mainly because of the neighboring grocery store. Got greeted right away, and was seated at a table for 4 near the window (you could definitely feel the sun but it felt good, at least at the beginning). It's a colorful menu, with pictures for all the dishes (though neither of my dishes really matched the pictures). I really wish I had come with a group so I could have sampled various things: really wanted to try the Samlor Machu Kroeung (recommended by la_taco), but was afraid that I would be stuck with something I couldn't finish, and I was politely denied a chance to figure out what it might taste like. So went with the Cambodian stalwarts: egg rolls and phnom penh noodles. Both were below average compared to other Cambodian places in Long Beach. The egg rolls ($9.95), five but were of the mini variety (which I didn't expect). They had been freshly fried, and came with 5 small inner leaves of romaine lettuce (which matched the size actually). I was surprised at the size (especially when the 4 spring rolls on the same menu are cheaper but definitely larger). Was planning on eating one, and bringing the rest home, but ended up eating all of them. I also wish for that price, they had done a better job of adding more herbs or even just bigger lettuce leaves. The Phnom Penh Noodles ($12.95) had all the ingredients described, but in small quantities (one or two of each). The broth was pork based, very oily but temperature hot and flavorful. It came with fresh bean sprouts on the side. But in terms of the meat, there just wasn't that much things to go with. I was still hungry and shouldn't have been (not for that price). The server asked if I wanted donuts, which I agreed. The Cha-Quai ($2.50) was good, not too greasy, not too sweet...but I can't say I really understand the deal with always having it with noodle soup. Service was good, and I was checked on multiple times. The check came when asked for, and the receipt was digital, with a suggested tip amount of 15% (which appears at first glance that it was auto added, but then if you add up the total, it was not). It's a great space, though, and can understand how it can be a popular place for the Cambodian community for parties and events. It truly is a banquet hall, that could host a large band along with a full size dance floor (along with table seating to the sides).

Food (5/5)For our entrees we ordered the Roasted Duck, the Fried Pork, and the Red Curry with Chicken. All three dishes were phenomenal, the sauces that comes with the dishes compliment the meat very well. The Red Curry was flavorful, it was loaded with chicken and veggies. For our drinks, we ordered the Thai Tea and Coconuts. Staff can help you crack the coconuts open which is nice! Delicious food with a large selection to choose from, there is an option for everyone.Service and Ambiance (5/5)We had a young man and a young woman help us, the staff was kind and attentive. Families and groups are welcome here, they have large tables and bright lighting. On weekends, I believe they have singers in the morning. Although the singers are very talented, beware it's hard to hear others talk.
