Tropical Seafoods

Got the king salmon, so juicy not dry like sockeye or keta. Always hard to find king salmon (besides order online) so glad I found it here. Sunday farmer's market.

Love their fish! But it every Sunday at the Brentwood Farmer's Market. Our favorites are the trout and the "red snapper" (i.e., Pacific rockfish). We have tried and liked the jumbo scallops, ahi tuna, chilean seabass, ono and baramudi, Always fresh and delicious.

We've been buying fish from Tropical Seafoods for a couple of years now at Sunday's Brentwood Farmer's market and it has always been fresh and delicious. This past week we purchased some bass (not sure what kind but it was delicious), but when we received the receipt by email the price sounded really high. When I was asked to review our experience I expressed my dismay at the charge and they responded virtually IMMEDIATELY with an apology, an explanation of the different types of bass they sell, and a full refund. I felt REALLY guilty because we VERY much enjoyed the fish, and will be loyal to them forever in large part because the fish is so good, but also because their customer service is so exceptional. I've been purchasing from them a few times a year over the years from the Brentwood Farmer's Market. The chilean sea bass is always terrific, and the price is a few dollars cheaper per pound than gourmet markets. We've also greatly enjoyed their scallops. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any of their offerings.
