The good:I came here for Valentine's day and enjoyed how they had a special Valentine's day brunch option without it being pre-fixed. The prices were very fair and the seafood was fresh! There was plenty of parking. They had both indoor and outdoor dining options. I tried the sour cream ice cream with apple crumble for dessert, the tostada as an appetizer, and an eggplant with prosciutto sandwich (added meat for an extra cost) as well as the swordfish dish. I loved the dessert and how it wasn't too sweet. The sour cream ice cream reminded me of cream cheese frosting on the apple cake my mom used to make. The swordfish was stellar and was our favorite dish of the day. The fish was so meaty, flavorful and nicely cooked. I definitely want to come back here and try more of their fresh seafood options. The bad:The tostada was a tad salty for me. The sandwich was also on the salty side. The interesting:They had a lot of great oyster and scallop options. Everyone who came that day was a couple. My husband and I were both surprised that there was a candle lit in the bathroom. I loved the unconventional shape of the bathroom sink.

1. The flat iron steak said 8 oz and I got 2 steps of steak. Wow. Disappointed there. I was surprised. 2. The person who brought the food out did not ask if we wanted anything else...hmmmm that's poor service. 3. My significant other and I were seated at a small table so close to the couple on the left and right. We could hear every conversation. Not comfortable at all.

Condiments. Pleasantries. Ice. Service. The order of importance changes frequently. It fries my eggs to have to ask for condiments. If Howard Hughes was cool with having mustard or ketchup bottles on his 18th century fine Italian dining table, why can't this place do the same? If fish and chips are on your menu, you better believe I want malt vinegar and ketchup. I shouldn't have to ask.Details like condiments, ice for water, offering fresh cocktails, welcoming guests and thanking them after dining should not be practices reserved for experts. Arriving at a restaurant with a sea of empty tables is awesome. Not so awesome is to be escorted to a table that's been designated for a reservation in 75 minutes. I spoke up and asked for a different table and they obliged. I'm not a fan of ordering all at once. I feel pressured to make selections when all I want to do is order something. Nosh. Order something else. Sip a cocktail. Order something we can share. Nosh on another something. Discuss entrees and sip some more.Service was friendly, but that order-everything-at-once-process, ahem, sucks. Food was "coursed" as promised, but that method is not our vibe. Plus setting plates at the table and running away doesn't count as service. Not ever. The food was tasty: New Style calamari was delicious. Crispy brussels with cashews and basil were divine. He enjoyed his kumamoto oysters and seabass aguachile. The garlic sourdough was seriously lacking garlic, but it was chewy good with parm. Fish was crispy yummy, chips (fries) were soggy. Majestic tarter sauce was lickety-doo-dah delish. The swordfish milanese was the best dish of the night. Serving food on platforms is silly - we needed a booster chair to see and reach the oysters. I tolerated the platform the fish and chips were served on.Dessert would have been great, but the longer we waited for dessert menus, the more we wanted to be home to enjoy the chocolate cake with homemade chocolate buttercream I had made the day before. No time for pleasantries here. On the way out none of the 3 employees at the hostess stand said "boo". It's a mad world.

My boyfriend and I were both wowed by this place. We live close by so it had been in my bookmarks for a while.Interior is spacious and inviting. Half old school with odd upholstered chairs lol half modern with a partially open kitchen. For the price point, the food surpasses expectations. Really good for a decent price. Grilled broccolini: so good! Had so much grilled/roasted flavor. I love that it was chopped. Def get this for some veggies. Grilled bread: delicious! Salty but in a good way. And the sauce that comes on the board is so unique and delicious. I think it was some sort of butter/puree with white chillies. Goes well with any pasta dish to soak up the sauce. Squash blossoms: good but prob wouldn't get again. The house made ricotta it came it under it however was standout and delicious. Scallops: loved the layers of flavors. Thai inspired with cashew, fried garlic, lime? And a dollop of coconut cream. I mixed it all together before eating it. Yum!Chicken parmigiana: my bf and I never get chicken parmigiana because it is what it is lol. We thought we would just try it and again I am never wowed by chicken parm lol. That being said it was good... nice lightly fried. The ricotta and basil really did wonders for it. Wouldn't order it again but makes sense for the location and clientele. Def one of our new local spots!

Had an amazing dinner here. I've been wanting to try this place out since they opened this summer and it did not disappoint. We were a large party and they were very accommodating. Service was wonderful. Drinks were great. I loved the squash blossoms and trout. I also liked the garlic bread. Ambiance is great, I like that it's a newer restaurant and has a more modern design. They have plenty of parking outside. Grateful to have a delicious restaurant like this nearby.

Had lunch here on a Wednesday. This place was totally empty when we arrived at 11:30am. By the time we finished eating, every table in the house was packed. It's got an upscale vibe, but it's still okay to come dressed casually. Started off with their Peruvian bay scallops, and they were amazing! The ginger lime sauce the fresh scallops are sitting in pair so we'll with the coconut air served on top. It's a perfect balance of sweet, sour, refreshing, and flavorful. I'll order it again every time I come back here. For lunch, I had the fish and chips. The friend fish wasn't my favorite, but it had a really nice crisp to it. I did really like the fries though. They were seasoned perfectly. It didn't come served with ketchup, so I had to request some. And they don't have ranch, if you're like me and love dipping your fries in ranch.
