Tony's BBQ is now open in Artesia! What a better time to stop by then during Filipino American History Month (FAHM) to support a Filipino owned business! This spot is located in a pretty big plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have about 4-5 tables for seating. They have a nice cozy and homey vibe with Filipino inspired decor. For their menu, they have some amazing combo meals, side orders, and desserts. Wifey and I ended up getting the Beef Ribs Combo, Pork Liempo Combo, an Ube Bibingka, and a Sago't Gulaman to wash it all down. Everything we had came with such generous portions and the food had such a comforting taste to the soul! Overall, you cannot go wrong with anything you order here. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Tony's BBQ will definitely be an amazing addition for the local Filipino community in the Artesia/Cerritos area!

My family has been craving chicken inasal for a while, so we finally decided to stop by Tony's Barbecue after passing it so many times in the 99 Ranch Plaza. What a nice treat! We ordered the chicken inasal and also the boneless chicken bbq. The chicken for both meals were incredibly tender, and the peanut sauce was the perfect complement. We also enjoyed the Java rice, it was a big hit with the group! We tried the Taho as well, which was pretty good, though I'd recommend getting it elsewhere if you're looking for a larger portion and better value. The employees were so friendly and kind, making the experience even better. While we were there, they were busy preparing party trays of bibingka, and honestly, we were so tempted to grab some. We'll definitely be back to try more!

GET THE TUNA COLLAR then dip that in some soy vinegar and some chillis, you can ask for some from the kitchen, the meat pulls off the bone clean! Highly recommended! Make sure to save room for some Mini Bibingka for dessert. Oh! And don't forget to order some Taho to-go for breakfast the next day. Heats up really well! It's silky, perfectly layered, and it's not too sweet. ;)

We had the salmon and chicken bbq sticks. Had a very homestyle taste. Both were on point, servings were generous, and the staff was so kind. When we're back in the Cerritos area we're definitely coming back to Tony's BBQ!!

It's been years since I've gone to a Tony's Barbecue. I wanted my three year to try filipino barbecue and he loved it! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Went and it was a bit busy and although the food took a while since they are making it fresh, the food came out hot and delicious. Ordered the 3 pork skewers, beef ribs, & pork Liempo! Can't wait to try the chicken Inasal. Will definitely come back again. Oh and don't missed ordering some desserts!

9/25/24 Warm ube bibingka, pretty good! Much prefer the original/plain or with cream cheese.Lito was very friendly & accommodating, personable. He was forthcoming with information & tried his best to get to know me-- a plus! For being do nice, I decided to buy all the mini bibingka that he had on the warmer. Got the plain (it has cream cheese), macapuno (young coconut strings), and ube (purple yam). When we tasted the ube, it was warm & moist, Hubby didn't really like it much, it was good. The plain (with cream cheese was the better of the three for our preference. The macapuno was pretty good but the one with cream cheese gets our vote. This small restaurant is located in a small center where Daiso, Happy Bee & the 99 Ranch Market (and other businesses) is located, parking is shared. Hubby returned the next day & ordered more of the plain cream cheese bibingkinitan for himself-- although he said he bought them for me, he's sweet but I know his tricks

The food wasn't horrible but nothing to write home about. Meat was very chewy. Soup was not good. At the price charged I expected much better. Every table was all sticky and dirty. When you order to eat in, they still serve you the food in a styrofoam container with a cheap plastic fork, spoon, knife and napkin that comes in the pre sealed plastic bag. Parking was easyWon't be returning

Love this place! I am very picky with Filipino food since I was born and raised in the Philippines. I tried their chicken skewers and taho and man both did not disappoint. Compare the cost of platter with Grill city, you're better off eating here. Grill city is too expensive for a chicken skewer combo. Here, you pay like $15 you get 3 skewers, rice and soup. The lady working the front is very friendly and engaging. This place gives you a mixture of modern/old school ambiance. From service, to dishes to restaurant decorations. Definitely coming back!

Best Filipino bbq in town with the friendliest customer service. I go here every time I'm in Artesia. I especially like the waiter, Bianca, excellent and polite. There's a regular named Kris that recommended this order to me. Sarap!

I've been meaning to visit their location in West Covina and was happy to find they opened up shop closer to me here in Artesia! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant itself has a few tables and one communal seating area. It's kept clean and tidy. Perfect spot for a quick meal. They offer pork, chicken, or beef bbq sticks. Marinated chicken called inasal, this is sweet marinade that compliments well with their signature sauce and fried rice. I tried the pork bbq sticks and when I tell you, this is some good bbq that will keep me coming back for more. There's taho and different flavors of bibingka here. I was too full to have dessert but since I'm coming back, I'll try their taho next time.
