Tom's Super Burgers

Was around this side of town and decided to go get my dad and I some breakfast to go. Got on the drive-thru and let me say for a 3 car ahead of me wait, 45 minutes I think is way too long of a wait. I had ordered and my destination was just next door from here so no other choice and wait. The food is of average taste as any other simple burger joint. I went with a crispy chicken sandwich and chili-cheese fries which i had been craving for months already. Sad to say I could not full complete my craving as it was below average taste on the chili.Huge suggestion for this place to get the drive-thru going at a more fast pace since the way the thing is structured you only get about 3 maybe for cars before you end up in the main street blocking traffic.

Good fast meals on the go. Had their fried chicken, tacos, jr burgers mix and match. Everything has been delicious Cashier is always friendly.

If you have her been to this Tom's I'm sure you've experienced good service from everyone that works here EXCEPT this very rude lady who works the window and register who claims to be the manager. She is very nasty and horrible with NO customer service at all. What type of manager have no customer service skills? She gets mad when they don't do your food like you prefer and order and tell you she's not going to argue with you!! And she tells you to find another restaurant because they can't get your order right!!! A guy was in the restaurant about to also place an order but walked out when he seen how rude she was. They will never get my money again! She just might be racist also.

The food is mediocre and the owner and staff are thieves don't come here you will get ripped off l. If you do come here pay cash they will double the charge on your card .

Customer service here is horrible! Employees were clearly disgruntled towards each other and myself. I ordered a taco plate and it came with no drink, yet the sign outside shows a taco plate with drink. I had no idea meals come without a drink, and I was never asked if I wanted to add one. The shells were separate yet a friend ordered the same thing a day prior and recieved a drink and tacos already made. Highly upset about this, not to mention the food wasn't up to par. I won't be going back again.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Real one's know it used to be Golden Eagle. Their chili cheese fries and carne asada fries are top tier. But if you are looking for a healthier option please order their chicken salad. I crave it weekly and it is a hefty salad. I usually eat half then save the rest for later. They do pile on a mountain of cheese on it so make sure to ask for it without if you are actually trying to have a healthy salad. Other good options are their zucchini fries, onion rings, grilled chicken sandwich, and their original fries. You get so much food for the price.

This place used to be good and my go to spot but lately the food hasn't been the same. Burgers are okay but the fries taste funny now. Onion rings and zucchini fries are always burnt.

I've been going here for years, but as of the past year the customer service has been the worst. If I make a phone order I'm being rushed off of the phone before I can even finish my order. Also, the last few times I order inside of their restaurant; because of the fact that I am NOT Mexican, they serve everyone else but take their time with me. This place has become a bit rude and also racist. After years of coming here, I would rather spend my money elsewhere.

Just had a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The price was great, the customer service was terrible. The food wasn't too good. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I love this place they have everything you are looking for eat. Since Burgers up to Mexican plates.
