Tom's Jr Burgers

The inside is clean and has that true "mom and pop shop" feel. Our cashier was attentive and very friendly. The prices here are very fair unlike another Tom's jr restaurant I've been to! For 2 meals and 1 drink plus tax, $24 for a sit down joint is unheard of now! The portions are generous! Neither of us could finish our entire meals! I ordered the carne asada burrito wet style. $7.99 for the burrito as is , plus another $1.99 for the wet style. The burrito is massive! It contains plenty of meat and not an overwhelming amount of filler carbs. The carne is chopped into small pieces, which gives you plenty with each bite. The salsa is flavorful and not overpowering. It comes with beans and rice but it would be plenty of food without! The rice isn't traditional Spanish rice. It tastes like Mediterranean rice pilaf but it sure is good. You can really tell that they make the beans. No nasty metallic taste like they come from a can! I've been burned by restaurants using canned refried beans in the past, so I appreciate their dedication! The carne asada quesadilla had a generous amount of protein and came with fries. Their fries are delicious! Super crispy! We will be back. Thankyou toms jr!

First off shout out to Tom's jr in Downey !! For the worse services me and my family ever had and food yuk! The employees there are so lazy they couldn't even bring our food to our table and it wasn't even busy at all Locations in L.A and LaMirada busy or not they take the food to u and smile. all they do is talk and gossip and say some profanity while customers dinning in smfh! They should be fired.The food me and my family purchased looks liked we order from a kids menu it was under cook and top it off it was cold. I would suggest if you're a fan of Tom's jr in L.A u should go to Tom's in La Mirada friendly staff u pay what u order... the Downey location just sucked save you're money....if I could give zero stars I would....

For the price you pay, this place isn't half bad. Always my go to if I'm a little short on funds before my next check. Their burgers taste great and I recommend their breakfast plates. Also pretty clean and workers tend to be polite as well.

Felt like a burger for dinner and feeling adventurous. Came to a new spot, Toms. Wow! This is a hidden gem.The food was fresh and delicious. I ordered the "Crunchy Taco Special", ground beef, 3 tacos and a drink for $3.99! We also ordered the pastrami chili cheese fries, steak quesadilla and cheeseburger combo. None disappointed. The server was knowledgeable and super nice! Definitely coming back!

So I ordered this Chicken Teryaki plate. Pic showed it had some nice Broccoli on the plate and this is what I got. I don't even need to say much about the soggy ass Broccoli CRUMBS I got, other than it was about enough to roll a blunt with. Chicken had no flavor. Obviously wasn't seasoned. The Teryaki Sauce was nasty AF. There was nothing good about this other than the yellow chiles I had on the side. I wish I could show you a pic of this plate they have up at the counter. They need to take ALL those pics down. This place is usually good. The only reason I gave it 2 stars. This stuff was straight garbage. And the WORST part? It almost took 20 minutes to make.

This place is like a step up from fast food (with a drive in). Very diverse menu, quick service and if you're in the mood for some simple food like a burger or a breakfast burrito, this place will hit the spot.

This place is great! Best service and the food is excellent. I've had burgers, club sandwiches, fish sandwiches, and several different breakfast meals. The restaurant is clean and well lit for the perfect ambiance. Also, the prices are the best!

The customer I received today the cashier was very rude and very unrespectful I wish they look on how and what the customer wants because she not there on the orders I wish this can be better customer her name is gaby she have red Burgundy hair

What can I say but I would never come here again.I ordered a burrito and when we bit into it had a bad sour taste. I wasn't upset I called they said no worries bring it in. Ounce we were there he had audacity to open it up and eat it in front of us. Then he said it tastes fin. That was beyond disgusting and against federal food law to eat our food. Not to mention questioning me like we would lie we were ok with same food back never asked for money back.Bad service and rude and disgusting
