Oh god... for the past 5 years this places burgers has tasted like soap... I don't get it.... But it's my bad it was all I could afford with ebt back in the day lol... but my kids were starving and they wanted chicken fried steak... it didn't taste like soap, but as you can see it sure doesn't look much better than how the burgers tasted. My son refused to eat it. I give up, never again. The Toms in Noho is fire though..:.

What I like about this place is that the burger combos are different from other burger places. When you have your food at the restaurant, the burgers look like the ones you see on commercials, at least to me it does - stacked and organized. I think they have one of the best French fries in the community. I like how the burger taste too. The price for their food is fair because it's about the same as any local burger place.The tough part. They change cashiers a lot. Some workers are nice and some are not. I think they should improve their drive thru mic and speaker. It's so loud, at night you could hear the worker talk to the customer from two block away. The mic is bad because when I go, they ask me to speak up or my order is wrong. One day they thought I ordered 6 burgers when I only ordered 4. I highly recommend you don't get their pancakes, those were the worst ones I've ever had in my life. There is no coca-cola but they don't tell you and give you RC instead.

This place used to be great back in 2005, But after George left, everything went down disgusting. I tried giving it another try today after a few years. Bought kids breakfast combo, and my child started vomiting 30 minutes later, and I came up with diarrhea, and nausea. I should've listened to my instinct when I saw the egg. Be careful! There's lots of cross contamination of food at this place. I tried calling them so that they're aware of their disgusting food, but their phone service is non existing , or they ignore phone calls. If my daughter comes up with salmonella infection, or any other serious infection, I will call the health department on this restaurant.

I used to love this place and still till this day the food is good for the most part. But I did notice that slowly around 2020 the quality of the food has gone down. Not sure if covid had anything to do with it but the staff has become more and more negligent in checking the quality of their products before giving them to customers. From putting something that tasted like pumpkin spice in their waffles and pancakes one year without it being requested or letting their customers know, burned veggies in their veggie omelet, rancid tortillas in their burritos, weird tasting chili from their chili cheese fries (not sure if it was expired or about to expire but it tasted off). Today I'm writing this review because throughout all that we keep coming back! In hopes that they will go back to their excellent food quality that made us love this place in the first place. But once again we were disappointed and this time with the amount of food in our plate. It's not a big deal but enough is enough. Please take care of your customers. I ordered a #4 that comes with a waffle sausage and eggs

The Amon that they give to customers is very little. It was my first time ordering and they have given me a small salad box of very little onion rings. Very disappointed.

Food was good but the portion was not described right. I ordered the breakfast special "1/2 order biscuits and gravy", yet only one biscuit with gravy. Might as well just say "biscuit with gravy special".

Im making this comment on 4/15/2023. Do not eat at this place. They always mess up my order or i either find long pieces of hair in my food. Would not recommend at all. Disgusting. They did not want to give me my full refund either. They just laughed it off. They were making side comments to eachother in Spanish not knowing im Mexican myself. Also they need a new GM. He's not professional himself as he was making side comments and laughing because he didn't want to give me a full refund. Breakfast Specials.
