One of the best Japanese steak houses in all of Long Beach. The service and atmosphere is fantastic. It can be pricey depending on your menu items. The sushi is very flavorful and tasty. This place is perfect for larger parties or celebrations. The cooks are very friendly and pleasant. The ediname in spicy garlic sauce is super delicious.Definitely a family favorite.

The food is good and the service was great. I recommend making reservations since it is a busy location. There is plenty of convenient garage parking.

Had a 40th celebration last night and we had a ball.. our cook Edgar was funny and we all loved him. Everything was good and cook to our liking the only thing was the drinks wasn't too good. Seemed water down and not strong at all especially when I order a Cadillac margarita, it wasn't to my liking. The place is beautiful as always and the staff is friendly and very attentive

I came on a weekday evening with a friend, wasn't too crowded. Tables, booths, and plenty of bar seating available. Some drinks sounded really good. The hostess was very kind and patient. We ordered to go then waited at the bar. The place is cute inside and dimly lit. Our food came fairly quick. Prices weren't outrageous. We got garlic edamame, that was delicious. I tried an Alaskan roll for the first time and it was actually pretty good. I should've got some eel sauce or teriyaki on the side though. Serving size was nice. My friend got shrimp fried rice. She said it was good but was disappointed about the amount of shrimp and felt like it wasn't really worth it. She also ordered a California roll, which was decent, and a spicy tuna hand roll that she hardly touched. Cute for a casual night out. I would return.

I'm not really a fan of Teppanyaki but we came here for drinks and food because it's fun especially if you have kids. Kids love these places. Our Teppanyaki chef was super awesome and funny and kept us entertained while he put on a little show and cooked our food. The place is really spacious and can definitely accommodate large parties. The sashimi (assorted sashimi A) wasn't bad, quite basic but that's better than having bad sashimi. The cooked food was decent but the kids loved it . Can't say anything bad about this place. The experience of Teppanyaki grill was awesome and staff as great. They do serve cocktails and assorted beers. I'd recommend this place for a great night out with the family or some friends who have never had Teppan before.

This place is kind of like Benihanas. The food here is also similar to it. Not too sure what the difference it except for chef tricks. They add garlic butter onto EVERYTHING. I got the 3 course teppanyaki and the food was... alright, maybe like a 5/10, but the experience was pretty cool. The fan is pretty loud so I wouldn't say it's the best place for conversation.

Went back to share my experience with my wife and it was a bust. I ordered the same things and all came out different and was not fresh at all. I took 3 bites of my food and had to spit it out. Brian was not there the one who served me last time. But honestly the sushi got me and my wife sick to our stomachs. Definitely not coming back. Frozen sushi is a no no and it had a bad smell. Please don't make people sick.

The food was so basic and over priced. I only gave it a 2 star because the server was nice. I went for lunch with my sister and nephew while we kill time for our flight. We order 2 teppanyaki, 2 rolls, sashimi, & 3 small fried rice. The teppanyaki was $24 plus $5 for a rice. The presentation and portion wasn't worth $29. The rolls was so basic and over priced. Very disappointed. i wouldn't recommend this place.
