The Win-Dow - Long Beach

SO COOL DID THIS FOR THE PIN! :) Love the colors , the music and the quick service. can't go wrong with a crisp cold coke.

One of the best burgers in town-- especially for the price! Even their chicken sandwich is so, so yummy.The quality of the ingredients stands out for a burger stand as well, I don't feel that food coma/foggy brain after eating a burger from Win-Dow.

I had to see what the hype was about, all the instagram food influencers rave about their burgers and whenever I drive by it's crowded. There's no seating really, maybe a few tables on the side of the building and there is counter seating which is cool on a nice day because you get that breeze from the beach. The burgers were really good and not expensive. You order at the window (wonder how they got their name) and the wait time wasn't bad at all. I wanted to try a milk shake but my budget was like no. Next time I'll try the kale salad, I heard it's good which is interesting because it's hard to make kale taste good. These are definitely the best burgers on 2nd street.

The burger was just okay. Flavor is good but I thought smashburgers should have a bit more char to the ends. Fries were a big disappointment. Super dry and hard, way too crispy. It's like someone air-fried 1 day old McDonalds fries. Devoid of any potato. Would not return.

The prices are great and I love that the smash burgers aren't too big. Perfect for a girl to eat the whole thing. Also, do not sleep on the kale salad and their fries. It's ridiculously good. The jalepeno sauce was just okay but no big deal bc the food is good.

Had to come back for the kale salad. Solid menu with good prices and fast service. Dipped cones aren't available for online purchase but the shakes are crazy good. It may not be wildly different from In-n-Out, but there's little things about this place that are worth the energy, like avocado on the side and an unusually good salad option. Always good music playing here too.

Ordered online then came for pickup. It literally is an ordering window with some outdoor seating. You pickup your order from another window.We each got burgers, single patty. And fries. It's good! Not all that greasy. And the fries have a good amount of salt. Prices are cheap. Not a bad option if you're in the area. We were staying nearby and walked here but they do have a parking lot and tons of parallel parking.

As a ten year vegetarian, I love the Win-Dow. They make a DELICIOUS impossible burger. I love their potato buns, the American cheese, the grilled onion, phenomenal. I also love their kale salad. It's so freaking good! The pine nuts and the croutons give a nice touch. We go here at least once a month. Have yet to try their milkshakes but they look divine and someone always has one in their hand when we're waiting. A MUST try when you're on 2nd street in Belmont.

Love this place! Affordable and super good. Food always comes out quickly and is tasty. Workers are also very kind and overall good service. Also, there are plenty of seats and a good ambiance with the music playing.
