We came here a few weekends ago and wasn't too sure what to expect, except that it's a steakhouse establishment. However, it's so much more than that. It was cowboy central in a classy steakhouse. We loved every bit of it. We arrived early, so we sat at the bar to wait for our table. We did see a poor lady being carted out via ambulance. Not sure what happened but hope she's ok. We tried the 'now you see me' cocktail, as it was named the best cocktail in America 2022. Basically a margarita but so much more than that. It had depth and it was smooth and easy to drink. I'm not usually a tequila girl but this was yummy. Looking around it was giving ranch vibes. Easy to forget you were in Anaheim. We finally get seated in our booth and looking around there were quite a few cowboys and they had hooks for their hats. Loved the detail. We received the complimentary bread and butter which was warm and delicious. We ordered the following -Blt wedge salad58 Oz prime Angus cowboy ribeye which came with white cheddar scalloped potatoes and bordelaise sauce Seasonal mushrooms Truffle pommel frites Everything was incredible. Loved the wedge, the scalloped potatoes, the mushrooms and the fries. The steak was cooked to perfection. Everything was so great we made another reservation to go back. We will be wearing our cowboy boots and hat and checking out the saloon next door also.Highly recommend if you're looking for something a little different to the regular steakhouses.

We went for our anniversary dinner and had reservations. We were a bit early and were not shown to our table till it was closer to our reservation time, but didn't wait too long and there were plenty of comfy chairs to sit on at the lobby. They gave us a nice, quiet corner booth as per our reservation request and it was a nice cozy dinner fit with flameless candles and nice cloth napkins that complimented the rest of the decor and our mocktail drinks. Our waitress showed us the both the seasonal and regular menu and seemed really knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered from the seasonal menu and ordered the 50oz porterhouse steak instead of the steak from the regular menu based on her recommendations and ordered mashed potatoes as a side. The steak was perfectly cooked and one side of the steak was more like a NY Strip and the other side tasted more like a fattier fillet mignon; having two different contrasts on one steak was great as my husband and I like different cuts of meat. They asked us what dessert we wanted and we settled on the crème brûlée after debating between that and the milky way as we both wanted something creamy. It came with two mini madeleines which was super cute and soft and warm when it came out! It really complemented the crème brûlée well to the point that we wondered if we could just order more of the madeleines!Overall the food was great and the ambience was somehow both classy and cozy. We will definitely be back for another anniversary or some other special occasion!

Food: delicious and well prepared steaks/meats! We enjoyed the prime rib. Very tender!! Would recommend to others! Great place to celebrate with loved ones. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time to avoid long wait times. Service: attentive service. It's a little slow, we waited a bit to receive our food.

The ranch felt like such a luxury experience. The detail to the food was impressive and unique. I couldn't be more pleased with the service, from food and beverage recommendations to the amount of attention we received. It was a lovely time and I'm looking forward to dining here again. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but these were my highlights: Starters: 5 onion soup was packed with so much flavor.Sides: The mashed potatoes were buttery and creamy. The most perfect consistency.Main: The bone marrow crusted filet was cooked perfectly and the crust was a nice touch, adding so much flavor. Dessert: The hazelnut crunch and the Milky Way were such an amazing way to end the dinner.

I found this place after searching through Yelp for a nice restaurant for a holiday family dinner and I was soooo satisified with our experience here. I made reservations through OpenTable, and had to call them on the day of because 2 of my family members got sick so we had to change the party number. Our server (I forgot her name, I'm sorry!) was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful in explaining the menu and giving us recommendations for both food and drinks. My family ordered wine, and I got a Ranch Water cocktail, which was delicious and festive. The bread that comes out was so delicious! The loaf was shaped like a flower, and each section was a different type of bread. I fell in love with the jalapeno and whole wheat. For a party of 4, we ordered to share - the clam chowder, scallops, sea bass, and porterhouse steak. Everything was so delicious and cooked to perfection! My family and I loved every single dish. The restaurant is actually located on the first floor of a huge office(?) building, but that also means there's plenty of parking. The ambiance inside is cozy, intimate, and spacious - my family loved the vibe of the place! The Ranch is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion and I'll definitely be keeping them on my list of places to take my loved ones!

What a fun spot to eat and learn how to line dance! The pace of the class was fairly quick, but after repetitively practicing more than five times, my friends and I were finally able to get the steps down. The saloon was such a fun part of the restaurant! There's a restaurant side and the line dancing side, which also includes food and drinks as well. There are two bars located on the saloon side.My friends and I came here to celebrate three birthdays and boy was it one to remember! The appetizers were so good, we ate them so quickly after we broke a sweat from all the dancing. I never understood the hype of Chilean Seabass, but this one was really good. The ones that I've tried were almost flavorless, but this one was packed with flavor and it paired so well with rice. Nachos were bomb, but when I got to the chips with jalapeños on it, my mouth was on fire! It was fine after I took the jalapeños off though.

Celebrated my son and husband's birthday there with our family. Great ambiance and service. We opted for family style rather than getting anything from the kids menu for our younger 2. The trio ceviche was a hit. I orders the ranch water cocktail which was not what I expected so I would try something different next time. I really liked their sea bass. Ended on a nice note with desserts. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Will be coming back.

The New York Delmonico steak was really good. One of the best steaks I have had in a long time. It was big enough for 3 people.

Service was awesome, our waiter, dude went above and beyond for recommendations and even sang happy birthday to the birthday girl. Place is very welcoming cool cowboy vibes. Saids it in the name.lol started off the night with some drinks, kept it simple with the old fashions and they do pack a nice punch. Bread offered is very nice, there different types of breads baked in one, we ordered the ceviche platter for appetizer and the quail and it was mighty tasty. On to the main dish, me and my wife shared the cowboy steak and might I say the fat just melts like butter in your mouth, order it medium rare and you won't be disappointed, for the sides the Mac and lobster was freaking that is a must!!! I'll just end it there, try the place you will love it.

I came here on a Saturday night during a family reunion. You absolutely need to book reservations in advance as when we tried to do it just 2 days prior, the only available dinner time was 8:45 PM which was a bit late for us. There is $7 valet parking available to use and they were quick to retrieve our car when we left. Our waiter was polite and also bilingual which was excellent as my family varies in their English speaking proficiency. My only complaint was that though we had an 8:45 reservation, we were unable to be seated until approximately 30 minutes after our reservation time.Cucumber vodka martini 4.5/5, swapped gin for vodka, DELIGHTFUL, the cucumber is strong and flavorful and the vodka is definitely present but hidden under the cucumber and limeThe Ranch Water cocktail 4/5, my dad got this but he did acknowledge that the alcohol was weakChilean sea bass 4.5/5, soft and melts in your mouth, however the portion is quite small you will absolutely need a side with this if you are hungry at all Lamb chops (well done) 5/5, still soft inside and melts in your mouth, seasoning on exterior is beautifully done, but you may need a small side if you are hungryNew York steak 4/5, I thought it was juicy but this was unevenly cooked throughout, ranging from medium to rare which I didn't like. I felt like the edges with some inner pieces were the best but it pairs best with the sauce it comes withLobster Mac n cheese 3.75/5; this was a nicer version of Mac and cheese and def a diff creamy cheese situation but the price was expensive for the portion size and the lobster pieces were tiny and genuinely covered entirely when eating a piece of pasta, I would recommend only getting this if you're not hungry and just want a small mealPecan Pie 1.5/5, I wouldn't get this again, it was super nutty and weirdly thick??Cheesecake 3/5, we got this as my cousin was celebrating his birthday, pretty much a standard average cheesecake
