The Punjab Restaurant

The food was amazing. The waiter/waitress were both attentive, the service was great and the ambiance was great! I loved the atmosphere, the music, it was very cozy too.

BEST Indian food I've had in CaliforniaIt says this location is closed, but I went in April and it was open! GARLIC CHILI NAAN: holy never had naan so crispy and seasoned. The chili isn't very spicy and it's more of a green pepper sort of deal. I loooooved their naan Curries: I tried their butter chicken and chicken tikka and they were SOOO flavorful. I'm not much of a curry connoisseur, but I could tell that this place's curries were definitely very rich and savory. You do have to order rice on the side separately. I would say 1 order would be good for 2-3 people on average? Chicken tandoori: wowowow I usually don't like this as much, but the meat fell off the bone and it was so juicy. It was a hit for usMango lassi: yogurt/mango drink that can never do you wrongParking: free small parking lot in the back, there's also some metered street parking and a paid lot nearbyWait: came on a Tuesday around 3pm so no wait. A few tables inside. The restaurant wasn't too small or very large Indian food will never be the same.. I will def come back for this

Appetizers are good, entree not so much , food is served in plastic plates which I was not a fan of. Staff is friendly and attentive. There are no rest rooms at the restaurant which was a bummer. As most Indian food gets messy n stained on the hands because of lack of restroom it's hard to clean up. A finger bowl with Luke warm water/cut lime is a good alternative. Noticed the person was spraying Lysol from the very top to the table to clean which was reaching other occupied tables and fell on food , the whole place smelled like Lysol ,hope the owner consider these feedback to improve their service.Plenty of street parking is available.

Met 5 others tonight for a culinary favorite and must say birthday girl chose the perfect Indian Punjab place.The dishes will knock you out its so good. I must have been hungry but I could feel the flavors recharging my soul. Definitely coming back fast! I want more next time

Got dinner chilli chicken, chicken tikka, garlic naan, butter naan, Amritsari stuffed naan, Chole Battura, Sahi paneer, and malai kofta. All the orders were made to order. The food was fresh, flavorful, and tasty. The ingredients were of good quality. Simple menu run by a family. Beware of couple of things this place doesn't have a restroom for customers yet. They are renovating. The food takes time to come once ordered as they are made after you place them. It is worth the wait though. Raj the person attention customers is super polite courteous smiling and attentive. Ambience is good, place is fresh. Lot of Togo orders, looks like people order do grocery shopping and pick up when done.Bottom line will visit this place again

We ordered two combo meals with chhole, shahi paneer, mixed vegetables and pakora kadhi. The combo meals were good, quantity could have been more!Cold coffee was good but sweet lassi was just okay, nothing extra-ordinary.The eggplant dish was too oily, the naans and the aloo tikki chaat were good.The biggest disappointment was the mindless usage of plastic cutlery and styrofoam boxes. We have just one planet and wish people (the restaurant owners and us in general) were more mindful towards the pollution and try our best to reduce waste. Not everything has to be calculated against monetary profits all the time!!

Very good, fresh food. Good quantity as well!! Will come back. We got samosa, Chili with Amritsari kulcha, Mali Kofta, plain naan and Mango lassi. Everything was fresh and piping hot just the way we like it. Thank you for serving us good food!

Food was really good and service was okay. They were out of Nan's so we missed that. I also had a chai tea and it was so good! I would probably return to try other menu items.

Great authentic food, moderately priced with good portions, service was good, the place was packed which is always a good sign. Ordered regular spicy and the don't mess around. I love spicy Indian food but several people in our group found I bit too much. Not to worry you can get a lower spice level.

Loved the vibes in there! Staff was super friendly and very welcoming towards me and my friends! Food was incredible i took home a menu to order take out in the future but dine in was also amazing! Definitely recommend the chicken/ paneer tikka masala and the shrimp curry
