Hidden gem in a mostly commercial/industrial area. Modern Kitchen is clean with open air interior and small outdoor patio seating. Full bar selection, fresh bites, and great happy hour deals. Great place for a business lunch or drinks after work.

Great service and nice ambiance. I wish I knew the waitress' name so I could give her a shout out. Came here one Friday after work with several co workers. Small restaurant with ample parking. Small and intimate restaurant. Modern decor is nice. Service and food was even better. For drinks, I ordered their Lavender Lemon Drop. It was very good and actually refreshing. My colleague mentioned they make their own lavender (don't quote me on that) and it definitely is good and refreshing. They have a lavender lemonade which I plan on ordering when opting for a non alcohol drink. For food, we ordered appetizers for the table: hummus, pepperoni and sausage flat bread [probably the best flat bread I ever had and it was devoured before I took a picture], chicken lettuces wraps, and spinach and artichoke dip. Everything was good! Service, food, and ambiance was on point. Would definitely return.

Everything was delicious and fresh. The lavender lemonade was amazing. The salad the sandwich and flatbread was amazing too.

Have driven by and decided to try this place out for their chicken pot pie. My sister loves that dish. Skyler was our server and was very attentive. We ordered the chicken pot pie and mushroom quiche. Also had the lavender lemon drop. The drink tasted more like a lemon drop. The mushroom quiche was delicious, perfect crusting. The pot pie was perfect for my sister, not salty. Will definitely come back to try more items. It was very nice and chill. Will need to check out happy hour next ti

This food was delicious! So fresh & decently priced too. The pot pie was pretty yummy, wish there was more crust! Service was pretty fast since the restaurant isn't too big. Ambiance is cute and modern vibe. Nice for lunch

I guess the upper floor happy hour set up was only for the summer. They're back to their normal downstairs space for happy hour until 6:30. Still great!

Service was good nice ambience.I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. I ordered pickled eggs and the meat pie. The eggs were over cooked dried out and had a strange taste, no pickling flavor at all. The meat pie was tasteless Thats why they serve it with a sauce. Very disappointed.

Dropped my husband off at LB airport so wanted to get bite to eat. I thought I was in wrong place, as restaurant is in an industrial building & sign was not obvious. Glad I didn't drive away. Interior was eclectic & cozy. Wanted to try their chicken pot pie, but went with special of Chicken Caesar wrap & substituted chips for broccoli potatoes soup. Would was delicious, light cream, so didn't have that over heavy texture, which allowed broccoli to shine through. The sandwich was also light, not heavy with the dressing, which I appreciated. Had refreshing lavender lemonade drink too. Which there were more locations nearby, definitely want to go back

So we decided to use Yelp to choose a lunch location we have never tried. This place is a well kept secret! CC greeted us cheerfully and took care of us and all our needs! We had meat pie and crab cake sliders special with beer and wine Great choices, prices, and awesome service. We will be back soon. CC was like a hostess in her own home.
