the ambiance was terrible I felt like I shouldn't have been there. I wasn't greeted and the waiter looked so annoyed when I came to order for to go. my food was totally ruined i ordered a pound of crawfish kickin medium and one pound of shrimp with clams mild spice kickin style extra juicy; oh and Cajun fries of course ! The shrimp was over cooked the crawfish was over cooked the fries were soggy and undercooked. I tried to call the store so many times to refute the issue as this isn't the first time I've gotten my shrimp like that from this establishment. for this reason I gave two stars I tried to phone order ahead b it they just didn't answer; Got the order incorrectly and still didn't answer I can't go online and email anyone about this reoccurrence so I won't be back!

Terrible service, food is tasty but not worth the price and service. Took my family 6 of us and two babies, they wanted to charge us 18% gratuity for parties of 8 or more, i don't understand their policies since babies don't eat that kind of food. I would give it 0 stars but i'll leave it with one. Never coming back to this "restaurant"

My shrimp was so under cooked. Be careful because you can and will get sick. Went to the dr and found out I had food poisoning. My order was rushed and when you ate the shrimp it tasted so fishy and SUPER soft mushy idk how to explain it. Tried to call and speak to the manager and they never answer. Spent $113 on crab. Literally. The restroom? So damn filthy with no toilet paper or NO paper towels. The trash is every where on the ground.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent experience at your establishment, where I have been a loyal customer for over five years, typically spending at least $100 per visit. Unfortunately, the events that transpired during my most recent visit have left me questioning my continued patronage.I placed an order for pick-up and paid with my card. Immediately after the transaction was approved, the register froze. Despite the clear evidence of an approved payment, the cashier was not only dismissive but also rude. She insisted that my card had declined, despite me showing her the successful transaction on my phone. When I tried to clarify the situation, she accused me of being mistaken and took my food away, refusing to return it until I paid again.To make matters worse, the cashier falsely denied that the register had frozen, even though the issue was evident and visible, and she had to restart the whole system not even 1 minute later. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge the problem escalated the situation, leaving me both frustrated and humiliated. She did not apologize. I was ultimately forced to pay again, a total of $138.09, under the impression that the initial payment would be resolved.The first cashier basically threw me off to another employee named Brian, who assured me that my funds would be refunded by Monday. However, I never receive the refund and had to dispute the charge because they were basically unwilling to help. When I asked Brian about the identity of the cashier involved, I was told that he didn't know who she was which doesn't make sense as he is also a manager. However, he chose not to disclose her name, seemingly to protect her from any consequences for her actions. To further minimize the situation, Brian offered me a free sauce, which felt entirely inadequate given the severity of the problem.When I sought further help from management, I received no satisfactory response. Brian was unwilling to identify the cashier, and the higher-level manager I emailed with failed to follow up after their initial message.The treatment I received from both the cashier and management left me feeling unvalued, embarrassed, and unsupported as a loyal customer. Having to dispute the charge through Cashapp to recover my funds is an unacceptable outcome and is not the resolution I expected from a business I have supported for so long.I am deeply saddened to write this letter, as I have always enjoyed my visits to your establishment. However, the lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic respect demonstrated during this incident has led me to the difficult decision to no longer return. I sincerely hope this letter prompts a review of your customer service practices and staff training, particularly regarding how staff are held accountable for their actions. I will leave proof of the two charges and the email from the manager.

I have never had Kickin crab before but I was in the area, and I absolutely love seafood so I thought I'd give it a try. I went with my boyfriend, party of 2, and was immediately seated. I was surprised it wasn't busy considering it was a Friday night. We ordered Cajun fries as an appetizer and my boyfriend and I chose to each get a pounce of shrimp with their Cajun sauce in medium. I absolutely love sausage with my shrimp, so I also added it to my bag with an extra charge of course. We also got two orders of white rice. The fries came out and they looked good. Both me and my boyfriend tasted something sweet in the fries which was odd considering we order Cajun. The fries did not have much seasoning and it was lacking flavor. We were disappointed in the fries, but they do give a good portion of them. The shrimp itself, I would never order again. The shrimp was extremely overcooked so it became extremely hard to peel. The shrimp would quite literally fall apart due to how overcooked it was. The flavor of the Cajun sauce itself was good. I got the second to last spice level, Medium, and it was not spicy whatsoever. I tried the sausage and was unfortunately again, very very disappointed. The sausage had a weird taste to it and it really grossed me out. I had to take the sausage out and put it to the side because I was losing my appetite. And I was disappointed considering it was an extra charge. The service was fair. We were there for an hour and had about three different servers. They did check on us from time to time. We waited a long time for someone to charge us when it wasn't even busy, they just were not paying attention because the workers were all talking with each other at the bar. Overall, I was really excited to try this location but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food and the lack of professionalism. I will not be coming back here, save yourself a trip and try a different spot. I'm hoping there is improvement at this location.

Worst place ever I order online cuz they can get ur order by phone, well I got home and had no Cajun sauce at all it was plain boiled shrimp, sausage, and corn it was nasty af we had to throw them away.
