I don't usually leave 5-star reviews, but every once in a while, I'm completely blown away. This place delivered on all fronts: the food was amazing, the service was top-notch, and the restaurant was spotless, I especially loved the open kitchen and the sauce station was the best! You can never have enough sauces, the OG Garlic Yogurt was FIRE!I ordered the Kabab Fries and a steak wrap, and both were amazing!Kabab Fries: The fries were super crispy, and the meat was packed with flavor. The pickled onions were genius, and the feta cheese was the cherry on top. Next time, I might add cucumbers and tomatoes for some freshness, but this dish already hits the spot without it.Wrap: Hands down, the best wrap I've ever had. The steak was on point, and the wrap itself was DA KINE!! BROKE DA MOUTH CUZ! . I loved the charred taste, the tomatoes, cucumbers, and once again, that garlic yogurt sauce amazing!I'll definitely be coming back! Big shoutout to the staff for their fantastic recommendations It's rare to see a team so pumped about their food and service, and it made the experience that much better!

Went in for lunch today and while I've had food from here (not this location) plenty of times - todays visit was so pleasant. Not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing. There were two young men upfront and the one that was helping us (don't remember his name ) was just so sweet, friendly and helpful - not something you see often from the younger generation he made our visit that much better. There was a table that was a bit dirty and a guest asked if they can come clean it and one of the workers was happy and eager to help. I wish we saw this more in customer service. Good visit overall.

I recently got an email for 20% off my next order since they said it had been a while since my last visit, which was at the Cypress location. There, I got a wrap with carved chicken, and it didn't quite satisfy my taste buds. I've since learned they also have grilled chicken, but at an upcharge of $1.90, and I made it a point to try it on my next wrap from The Kebab Shop.Cypress is a little farther from me, so I decided to try the Seal Beach location even though I'm closer to the Cerritos location. Why? Well for one, I needed to pick something up from Ralphs, and there happened to be a Ralphs at Old Ranch Town Center, where The Kebab Shop is albeit opposite end of the parking lot. Also, I noticed a better deal at the Seal Beach location that saved me an additional $2.Oh, you want to know? Of course! The Kebab Shop has a double combo deal where you can get two sides alongside two entrees where an entree here can be a wrap or a bowl. If you want both entrees to be wraps, it's $33. If you want both to be bowls, it's $34. Here's where it gets interesting. If you want the best of both worlds, you would think that the price would be $33.50 for both locations. False on both counts. In Cerritos, this particular combo is $33, but in Seal Beach, it's only $31! Why the difference? I have no idea lol, but big caveat to this is you can't redeem these deals in store. I know because I actually went inside one time to ask about it, and the cashier said they weren't offering those combo deals. So unfortunately, I wasted a trip across the county border, hence why I can't give this location 5 stars even though they seem to think they're deserving of it, but such a red herring is grounds for an automatic removal of at least one star. The 20% off coupon I got would work for online orders, so that's what I did. I also wanted at least one bowl because I wanted to save it for lunch the next day; I'm not sure a wrap could have held up well the next day, especially with how weak their flatbread was.I chose the grilled chicken in the wrap with a $1 upcharge for fries, which I think are absolutely necessary to elevate the taste profile of the wrap to a wide extent. For the bowl, I went with the carved chicken even though I didn't like it in a wrap. But maybe I'd like it in a bowl after microwaving it? At least that was my thought process. I also didn't want falafel because...For the two sides, I chose Falafel and Mediterranean Chickpeas. The Mediterranean Chickpeas are listed as the Chickpea Salad on their menu. Why not keep the names consistent here?? It's a little confusing if you ask me.I scheduled a pickup time for three hours later, but just one hour later, I got an email saying my order was ready for pickup! I didn't realize until an hour after that, so I gave them a call to ask what was up. Without mentioning my name, the employee over the phone admitted fault and said it was an accident. He apologized and said he would have contacted me to let me know ahead of time, but I don't think he would have if it had already been an hour after the fact. Why not let me know immediately?? Otherwise, I could have called to cancel my order thinking my order would be sitting idly on the shelves for two hours.I arrived about 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time, but had to wait 2 more minutes for an employee to assist me. I told him my name for pickup, and he fetched my bag for me. I left, but realized I had forgotten about the sauces in the rear of the shop! That employee noticed I was coming back and was ready to assist again, thinking he forgot something, but no I told him I was the forgetful one lol. He seemed way cooler than the employee I spoke to on the phone. When I got home, I was a little unhappy that some of the juices spilled inside the bag. I'm not sure where they came from, but it did cause a slight mess. Upon opening the wrap, a big piece of grilled chicken fell out from one side while a piece of tomato fell out from the other side. I could tell they were meticulous at wrapping the wrap, but unfortunately, they were not meticulous enough. The wrap as a whole wasn't too bad, but I still wouldn't call it 5 star good, even with the ~$3 upcharges of grilled chicken and fries. The chicken dried out quicker than I had hoped, and I thought the fries could have been more evenly distributed. And did I mention the weak flatbread that was used? I had to hold the wrap carefully to ensure it wouldn't collapse. The bottom of the bowl was infested with many a grease mark even before I microwaved it. The bowl itself was tasty, especially with the three sauces mixed together, but the excessive grease makes me question the nutritional value of this seemingly healthy meal. The food was too tasty to be 2 stars, but there were too many shortcomings to give 4 stars, so it's an easy 3 stars for me. This rating also takes into account a fries wrap with carved chicken that I ordered last year and didn't love.

Stumbled across this place after shopping in the area. I was hungry and was hoping for a falafel wrap that was really good. This wrap was great!! May be the best I've ever had in terms of taste and bang for buck. My wrap was the size of a foot long, maybe bigger. I wish I lived closer I'd eat here all the time. Service was great. The staff was nice and everyone seemed to be working together and having a good time. The place was clean and somewhat busy.

Good, healthful quick cuisine at full-service restaurant prices. This newer eatery offers you good Mediterranean fare swiftly. Greek salad was fresh, and the meats were tasty. Order and pick up at the counter. The service was pleasant. If you want to eat quickly and conveniently, this is a good place to go. There wasn't much attention paid to cleaning the tables, and the one I was at had crumbs and oily streaks all over it. Parking is immediately in front. Great Vibe.

OK. I really love me some kebab... And this shop did not disappoint! Issac was really awesome and explained the menu to my friend and I. He gave really exceptional service. The menu is quite awesome! Me and my friend actually shared a kabob plate because there was quite a bit of food. And then they have some other sauces that are just amazing too. I can't wait to try the gyro! OMG, I saw the wrap. Wow. HUGE! The gentleman Joseph who preparied the food was also really super nice. It seems like they are generally happy to be there working and serving the customers. I really love that. I will be going back there! Oh and the dining area is very nice and clean! Love it!

Came across The Kebab Shop after being invited to an Yelp Elite Event here in Seal Beach.Ordered the San Diego Wrap with Chicken and no onions and extra feta cheese. The wrap itself was huge and filled with carved chicken,a lot of lettuce and French Fries in the center plus yogurt sauce and no onions. The wrap by itself was very tasty, but by adding extra jalapeño sauce to it, it all the sudden gave it a real nice flavor and also a nice kick! I'll be back.

This my friends...Is...Should...And MUST... Be your Non Stop, One Stop, Kebab Shop! Known on the mean Mediterranean streets as TKS, The Kabob Shop knows how to get down!! -----------------------------------------I visited their Seal Beach location in the O.C. and was beyond impressed on so many levels. Let's break it down by the numbers. 1) 'The Wrap'. I went with the Carved Lamb, "San Diego Style" (which adds French Fries & Feta Cheese) and is absolutely insane! The thing was an absolute beast and I kid you not, it was about 12" of pure deliciousness. Kabob options also include:-Carved Chicken Thighs -Grilled Chicken Tenderloin (white meat) -Grilled Steak-Grilled Beef Meatballs -Falafel (vegetarian) 2) Saffron Rice. Probably, No, Definitely some of the Best Saffron Rice I've ever had. It was so fluffy, so perfectly Saffon(y), I couldn't shovel it in my mouth fast enough!! 3) Greek Salad. Nothing beats a fresh Greek Salad with all the goodies on top. (A bed of lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, feta, kalamata olives, and dill yogurt dressing.Let the Greek Gods Rejoice!4) Signature sauces. Nothing gets me more excited than a little dipping sauce action. At TKS, their 4 sauces will make your life just a little bit better. Options are: -O.G. 'Original Garlic Yogurt'-Dill Yogurt -Cilantro Jalapeño -Fire Chili5) The food, the staff, the experience are the reasons that I will 1000% be coming back, but they are also the reasons onto why they've earned all FIVE stars from me. And guess what??I just realized there's a TKS in my own neighborhood!!!Westlake Village Kabob Shop, I'll be seeing you sooner than you know. =)
