The Fresh Green Olive HB

This place is a hidden gem. Truly, I feel like every time I come in here there is only one or two other tables here. The food really is fresh and delicious. The pita bread is as fresh as it can get, and I could eat the hummus with a spoon. Food is fresh and never sits. Service is very kind! Serena is always working so hard and we always look forward to coming in with her positive attitude. Definitely upgrade to a Greek salad if you like olives! It was delicious!Decor is a little taste-specific, but interesting! Hopefully the marketing starts kicking in to fill the seats!

Stumbled on this place when a restaurant next door didn't have space. After our visit we were all very happy the other place had no seats. the Green Olive was amazing!Service was great from beginning to end! They gave us time to look things over, politely answered questions, but didn't hover or push. As it was a slower night and was our first visit they brought us out some Baklava at the end on the house! But the food made the visit the best. Hummus and pita was very good. They brought out this green sauce, didn't catch the name, that was slightly spicy but really good with the pita and main's. I got The Works, which had a variety of mains. Falafel, filet, kofta, chicken kebap, rice and rolled grape leaves. Filet was perfectly cooked to my medium well request. It was super tender and had great flavor. Falafel was great, especially dipped in the green sauce. I was surprised how good the kofta was. I love kofta, but find it can be over cooked and dryed out. Their kofta was nice and juicy. It was perfect. Chicken was also cooked well and was nice and juicy. One of the big surprises for me was the house salad. I have never had a salad at a Mediterranean place before. No idea what the dressing was, but it was delicious over the salad. I could have had a big bowl of that salad. The restaurant itself was pleasant. They had some nice background music playing, but it wasn't overly loud, which made conversation easy at a normal level. Everything looked clean. All was good. Overall it was a nice visit to a new favorite place to eat. Will definitely be back soon!

We ordered the 20 kebob meal for a party and it was delicious. Everything came packaged well. The salad was fresh and came with a wonderful dressing, everyone loved the pita, hummus, and rice. The Kebobs were perfectly cooked , came with plenty of garlic sauce, and were served in a way that you could take as much or as little as you'd like. I had ordered some pizza just in case some people preferred that -- not one person ate it-- everything else was too good! Also, try the spicy potatoes-- we added a half tray on and we're so glad we did!The restaurant itself is warm and welcoming, and I was helped to my car. 10/10!

Came here for lunch with a group of 12 people. This place is perfect for large groups. We had the option of ordering individually at the counter or sitting at the table to order. With each of us paying separately it was easiest to order at the counter.I ordered the beef shawarma wrap. We were given a happy hour discount so mine was just under $14We sat at the table and the waiter brought pitchers of cucumber water. Freshly made pitas were brought out as well as homemade pita chips for the table. I asked if I could try their hummus and was brought a side dish of it. Delicious!My wrap was fantastic. Served with a side salad and some dill pickles. The dressing/sauce on the salad was amazing. The wrap was super flavorful and enough that I ate half for lunch and took the other half home.The owner found out it was a birthday celebration and played happy birthday in multiple languages for us. It was pretty funny but a great experience.They even have a small separate room for private occasions.We all recommend this place and we said we'd come back again for sure!!

We were craving Luna Grill but decided to try something new. We arrived and we're seated quickly. Super large variety of drinks and beers, which is cool. Order came in a timely manner. The food was exceptional. The entrees came accompanied by a salad and pita with humus. Salad tasted freshly chopped, the pita recently made, and the humus was very nice. Chicken kabob was juicy and rice was excellent. Better then Luna Grill. Portions were great, they were big and I wasn't left craving more.Michael was very attentive and checked up on us multiple times. Overall excellent service. If your feeling Luna Grill or any other Mediterranean spot. Green Olive should be the first choice.
