The Falcon

Fantastic atmosphere and friendly bar service. Restrooms were all gender friendly, yet still clean (sorry boys, but y'all a mess sometimes!). Fun throwback music - shoutout to Britney, bisshhh! We came here early after spending the night on The Queen Mary and sincerely enjoyed our bloody Mary's to keep the theme up to par with Halloween.

I'm honesty not really a 'neighborhood bar' guy for the most part, I typically like a place that's a bit big, spotless, modern, flashy. I enjoy the flash. W Hotel bars. The Abbey in West Hollywood. Hell, back in the day I'd go to Ultra Suede and Cherry Pop. I'm that guy™.Yet, there's something appealing about the Falcon. The bartenders are friendly without trying too hard. The place is well kept up without being pretentious (nobody's perfect). The crowd was mellow yet welcoming, the energy was good, the drinks strong and fairly priced. Everything just works. It's my favorite neighborhood bar, though sadly it's an hour away and not in my neighborhood.

1st time at this bar, gay bar alert was friendly place ami jukebox to play your favorite songs while you have a drink. Cash only so be prepared for that .

The drinks were great. 10/10 felt like a VIP. Very attentive bartender. Kudos to Abel for making it all a good evening for me and my friends.

This is my favorite LGBTQ+ bar in Long Beach because the drinks are fairly cheap (cash only though - with an ATM inside), they have mirrors all along the walls so it makes the place feel bigger but also who doesn't love dancing with a mirror in front of them?, and they usually play a good variety of music! I've been to other gay bars on Broadway and I don't recall any of them having people actively dancing (it's been a while since I've been to them). On a weekend night, expect people here to be dancing after 10:30 or 11pm with great music videos playing on the TVs above all night! It's not a large space, but expect to have a great time if you love to dance. This is always my supplemental spot when I don't feel like going all the way to WeHo and just wanna stay in LB and dance!

John was so great he was efficient and the service was great! We had a great time celebrating our brothers 21st birthday we caint wait to come back!

Nice bar I went to grab a drink with friends! The bartender was nice & friendly. It was my birthday so we went lgbtq bar hopping. The drink was really good & the music was great too!

Drew is a Long Beach staple, go when he's working! I actually grew a fondness for The Falcon during the pandemic as they had out door seating when that awful restaurant next door shutdown and opened up the space. This bar has always attracted folks outside of Long Beach, while still maintaining its neighborhood bar feel. That's something I've always appreciated about this Long Beach institution.

Came to this bar as a visitor from another state who previously lived in Southern California. The bartender at night on Mondays was very nice but a few of the customers were a little sketchy. Talking about doing hard drugs out loud. Asking me very personal questions related to money. Feels very unwelcome to people not from Long Beach.
