The Enclave

Took a small table to watch the Dodgers on their 4 screens. Not too crowded and only a handful of people eating. Most were having drinks and watching the baseball game. I didn't eat or drink anything but the staff is attentive and nice. This is a nice little eatery/bar inside the LB Hilton.

The Enclave at Hilton Long Beach is a great option for a restaurant when you don't want to leave the hotel. It offers a variety of food, and I opted to try their chicken wings. Their spicy gochujang sauce is great though I wish they had more flavors available. Wish I tried more food, but the chicken wings did what it did.The service on the other hand was super friendly. My server didn't hesitate to ask us if we needed anything and had a very kind vibe.Overall a good place if you're lazy to venture outside the hotel!

Idk if it's just today but the food is very bland. We have stayed at the hotel maya before which is their sister an the food is not on the same level. I feel for the price it should be seasoned. The artichoke dip tasted like it was frozen an then warmed just mushy no seasoning Applebees has a better one. The service was poor took awhile to even get anyone to come near us even though they were walking by us. We went twice when it wasn't busy an when it was both times same thing.

Modern, swank, and astute to the Long Beach area. Had a good munch with the hubs. "May I have some toasted bread with butter please?"

I had a margarita. This was the best one I've had. Christian made two prefect margaritas. I was truly impressed. Not sugary or too much alcohol. Done right! The front desk staff was also exemplary in displaying customer service. Alejandra was very knowledgeable and was quick to share all she knew to help our stay go well. Thank you for employing them both.

Great food and pretty fast service. Great for when you don't want to leave the hotel but still want decent food.
