The Doughnut Corner Cafe

I love a good ham and cheese croissant. I was hoping they had the regular ones like seaside but they sell the croissants that are split in half with ham and cheese . Also added jalapeño. I was ok with that but the reason for 3 stars. First I think 75 cents for jalapeño are pretty steep. Also. It is my fault but I wish they told me on Thurs they have a deal 2 for 10 bucks instead of paying full price for one. An fyi would have been nice. Lastly. The croissant dough is dry in my opinion. Not moist and buttery like how I like. Just dry.

I got the Santa Ana breakfast burritos it was pretty fire!! I definitely recommend it, especially with the green salsa. The salsa brings the boom!!! The maple donut was good. The staff was helpful.

Fairly new located in Santa Ana is the Doughnut Corner Café.Easy parking and Friendly Staff.I chopped it up with one of the employees, (I believe was the parent of the shop owners).. I forget his name, but he was so nice and friendly.The shop is fairly new and clean. They have a good variety of foods to choose from so take a look at their menu and make the right choice!I ended up trying their breakfast burrito's which came with came with sausage, bacon, egg, cheese, and hashbrown. You can request to have it come with their green salsa or pico de gallo (I asked for both). A fairly decent size which tasted fresh and paired well with their salsa's. My only suggestion is to have it come in a bigger portion. Everything was tasty, but if it was filled and packed more it would be an eye catcher.Overall.. friendly staff and good food. I'll be coming back to try their croissant which looks good as well!

Wow, this little hole in the wall in the seedy part of Santa Ana is legit. If you can get yourself out there, you'll really enjoy the food. Their breakfast burritos are one of the best. Breakfast burritos are common BUT few are actually delicious and less have good salsas. This place both.

Santa Ana burrito was fire! Came for a visit to CA and will be back very soon. First thing I'll get is definitely the burritos again

Definitely a little hidden spot in Santa Ana! The owner was very friendly and the food was delicious. It seems impossible for find a latte for less than 6 dollars these day but this cafe proved me wrong. The rest of the food is also affordable and I enjoyed my matcha and burrito!

This review is mainly for the food. Ordered a jalapeño melt on an everything bagel and the bacon avocado melt in a croissant. I was thoroughly disappointed. The food was bland, had pieces of thick cut red onions, soggy tomatoes, and small pieces of bacon. Both sandwiches lacked any real flavor and fell flat.For the price, I expected much better quality. I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else. It was a waste of time and money. I won't be coming back.

Papusas are worth every penny. Got them the day after my previous review and they were amazing. Haven't had them in so many years, I used to make them myself at a Latin restaurant I worked for as a teen and I have missed these! Soo good! Can't wait to get more.

Love this place. Donuts, coffee, bagels, and burritos - we've tried them all and they've all been bomb. The team here is great too. Also cute for pics!
