The Big Burger

This place kinda snuck up on me I just needed some quarters from the convenience store next to it and decided to give it a shot. I ordered the turkey burger, and it was ehhhhhhhh. The Turkey was bland and had too much of a sweet taste I'm thinking maybe sandwich spread or something. The Pattie itself was overcooked and very very dry. The only good thing I'll say about this place is the waiter was cool and the burgers are a nice size. If they work on the griddle skills for temp control burger might get upgraded to "decent"

The Big Burger was a BIG mistake! I tried calling my order in, they hung up on me! So I go and the staff is lack luster at best. I had the colossal burger, it was big but no flavor whatsoever. I did enjoy the onion rings. Will not go back.

Back in the day *****I went a few days ago to relive my previous wonderful experiences as I always had 5 star burgers. However, that was not the case. The fries were still great. So started with 5 and deduced from there based on burger. I ordered a grilled, chicken burger. The patty did not taste like it was fresh made by hand ground chicken like it used to. So the taste, was not there, reminds me of getting a turkey burger and it's a frozen patty and not fresh ground turkey (not good) fat burger in LA did that switch years ago!!

The best turkey burgers in the city homemade burgers are so juicy and full of flavor and the pastrami sandwich is so good I come to this place a few times a month lol.. the service here is great always helpful with explaining the menu I will definitely be back

It has been hard finding good places to eat since we moved to Carson. And I kid you not when I say this place was the first time I was left full and happy from trying a mom & pop type of restaurant. I had the cheeseburger and it was so tasty. Better than any Tams and the only other place I would say is better is In N Out. Truly I agree with their slogan and it is the best burger in Carson and it's very cheap in cost. Def go here if you're wanting a good burger.

I don't need to make this review too long. Big Burger is one of those spots you visit when you're short on time and craving some good food. Y'all, when I tell you no McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr., or Long John Silver can touch their fish sandwich, I mean it. Their pastrami sandwich is better than the old-school Johnny's Pastrami on Crenshaw... yup, I said it . They give you good portions, and they care about the spice rack. What more can you ask for? This is a local spot, so you'll have to be intentional about visiting, but you will not be disappointed.

Nice proper fresh cooked burgers and fries! A real hood burger spot in a great area, if you know what I mean!

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and 20+ years later, it's still as good as it's been. The restaurant is small but clean. The staff is friendly, the food is seasoned well, and the overall service is great. The turkey burger is usually nice and moist, and the chicken burger is fire! I don't eat red meat so I can't speak about the hamburgers. If you're in the city, I suggest giving them a try. Fries are hit and miss, but I've enjoyed them more than I haven't.

Cheese burger and chili cheese fries hit different here. SO GOOD! Service is great and fast. Has an old school diner feel, which is pretty cool. Most definitely coming back again.
