Came here for lunch during Day #1 of my conference across the street. I ordered the Half and Half, the Guinness BBQ Burger and Champ. The beer is always yummy (big Guinness Fan!) the burger was juicy and the BBQ sauce was yummy. I just wished there were more sauce (I like a lot). The champ was super yummy and it added flavor to the already yummy mashed potatoes.Next time I'm in Long Beach, I know where to go. I love my Irish Pubs. Also, they had live music The wait from sitting to getting my drink order was decent but I assumed my sitting spot was slightly hidden.

A pretty solid pub right outside the Long Beach convention center! Our party went out for a lunch during our visit and we all enjoyed our time here!!It was pretty funny how everyone got the fish and chips aside from myself, but I have a personal tradition of always ordering the shepherds pie whenever my family goes out to a dine in pub. It's my soul food and I'm always curious to see how the different houses do it! While portioned small, the shepherds pie was mighty, super filling and yet light on the palette! You could definitely taste the Guinness mixture in the ground beef! I shared some fish and chips with my boyfriend and the fish was super savory! Not my usual go to order so I was definitely impressed!Between the great food and excellent service by the waiting staff, we'll be sure to be back if we stop by Long Beach again!

Nothing beats the Auld Dub on a winters Sunday evening. They have a tradition Irish music session at about 4:30 and sometimes you'll catch the local Irish dancers pop in for a reel or two. The session is a sit in of local musicians playing reels and traditional sets. The food is always delicious! I always start with the curry fries (ask for them well done so they're crispy!). And the Ploughman's Plate or Guinness Cheddar Dip are always good as well! My go to is the Corned Beef sandwich. It is amazing with its apple relish, Swiss cheese, and a tad bit of a horseradish cream on toasted rye. Hands down the best corned beef sandwich in LA! Don't be shy of the Irish food fare, the Chicken and Shepherds Pie and Irish Beef Stew are amazing great traditional Irish dinner and the Guinness Stew, Shepherds Pie, or a Full Irish Breakfast are always a great choice! And you also can't go wrong with the Fish & Chips. They serve perfect pint of Guinness and the Irish selection of whiskeys and also whiskeys from around the world is impressive.A great local Irish pub serving Long Beach for over 20 years!

In Long Beach for the MTC-2025 Conference this week. Stopped in for a bite with colleagues. Ordered the Blue Cheese Burger with fries. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. The place has authentic and delicious food. The service was spot on and the atmosphere is great. The menu is great and lots of drink selections as well.

We've been to the Auld Dubliner a couple times, when we visit family in LB. The food has been good, we enjoy the beverages, and live music. It's a fun spot to go with a group!

Overall good experience. They definitely do things differently here. Our server seemed overwhelmed. I want to say she was probably the only one on the floor taking orders. Came on a Tuesday night before going to see a play/musical. I noticed they had a large group of people there for Trivia night. Although she seemed overwhelmed she handled it very well. The Shepherds Pie was a 7/10. Tasted like a shepherds pie. Nothing special about it. Hit the spot though. The Fish and Chips was a 6/10. Would have liked more meat. Would probably not order this again. I'm not going to shift blame on our server. She was busy. I felt they should have had more servers on the floor or at least helped her when they noticed how busy she got. We waited some time to get greeted. Thereafter, we waited long to get her attention to order a second drink. The food service on the other hand was fast. Like, a little too fast. I was wondering how they cooked these dishes that fast. Most likely why they were a bit lacking flavor.

Parking: If you're coming anytime before 9pm then you'll most likely park at the public parking lot across the str eetand walk over. After 9pm, you won't need to pay for the parking meter. I was able to snag a metered parking space after 11pm.Service: Grab a menu, seat yourself to an available table. Order at the bar for food and drinks. There are live band performances on Friday - Sunday. A fair amount of people usually dance in front of the band stage. Even around 11-12pm, 75 -90% seats are filled up. Midori Sour: Great drink. It's more on the sweeter side than sour. Midori sour mostly is made with Midori melon liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, lime juice and paired with sweet cherry. Every bar might have different concoctions. Tater tots (bacon and cheddar): tater tots were crispy and topped with melted chedder and bits of bacon. The best dish overall. Highly recommend to share. Calamari: Batter texture was a bit soft side. The standard amount of calamari was served. Chicken tenders and fries: Fries were overly salted. Chicken tenders were a bit dry. But it was plenty of heaping portion.

Located near the Long Beach Aquarium, this is an easy spot to grab some lunch. We were there right when it opened and it quickly had quite a few tables seated. The service was great. Had some delicious cider & beers on tap. The food was good. Had a very Irish vibe and the food was genuinely straight out of a Dublin pub. Enjoyable overall.

The Auld Dubliner in Long Beach is like stepping into a slice of Ireland, except with way better weather. Let's talk about the food: the shepherd's pie? So good it made me rethink my entire life's choices up until this meal. The fish and chips? The portion was so big I thought they accidentally gave me a family platter. Now the bar. The Guinness? Perfectly poured, smooth as an Irish lullaby. Bartenders Eddie and Jeff were top-notch, attentive, quick, and slinging drinks like pros.If you're looking for great food, cold beer, and bartenders who make you feel like family - then this is your place.

What a cute and homelike Irish pub! This a def a local favorite! First time here and it was a vibe! Service was a bit slow but only for a short while. There were changing the beer kegs ?? Def recommend their Kilkenny Irish cream Ale! So tasty! If you're into Irish whiskey and would like to branch out from the typically known whiskeys in the market this is the place. They have a variety of whiskeys most people haven't heard of and they are in my opinion better than Jameson and so forth! Family friendly and they have little kids performances during the day. Maybe next time we have dinner here
